Excellent customer service, very helpful and knowledgeable people. They guided me through the troubleshooting process, and we found the culprit... the thermal fuse. Loved the patience they had with me. They gave me the part number, I ordered the part on their website (Great value), 2 days later and the part was at my door (Really fast delivery.)
