Great little spot to stop by grab a coffee and a treat. I would give it five stars if they had more relaxing and comfy spots to sit inside, aside from a couple tables and chairs, and also more food available, to include some gluten-free options. A cute family owned bakery serving fresh baked cookies everyday. I have sampled the lemon crinkle and chocolate chip with pecans and they were both delicious. If you prefer decorated cookies or chocolates, this place has it along with a variety of cookie flavors to choose from or you can have lunch instead. I noticed a few customers eating sandwiches so I will be back to have lunch and a smoothie. Great customer service, delicious cookies and she also sells decorating supplies. They are closed Sunday and Monday. read more

I was afraid I might not have given enough time for her to bake a specialty cake for me. But sure enough, she had no problem doing it, with everything I requested. On top of all of that, she delivered it discreetly, and it looked just like I had imagined, just like she could see the vision in my own head. Did I mention this? It was really, really delicious. Reasonably priced, fast service, knew exactly what I needed, and I never even had to show her the toppers that were created for it! Great experience with Kristi, her staff, and it all was perfect. Whisked Away is such an important part of what is happenning in downtown Terrell these days. Having a locally owned bakery to go to when I am visiting has been somewhat of a thing for me over the past 40 years. Since I was young, I always enjoyed and remembered visiting the bakery for some necessities or just for some sweet treats. More recently, I visited Whisked Away a couple of times over the Chrstimas Holidays in 2019. On both visits, found what I needed from cookies, to fudge to many chocolates and other sweet treats to use as stocking stuffers. Ms. Kristy is as delightful as she is talented - both qualities are needed to pull it all together in this local gem. Best of luck in 2020 - can't wait to return. read more

Even though I've never eaten a piece of their sweetness, I can assure you it has to be incredible. It all started when I mixed up zipcodes and a birthday cookie cake was delivered 35 miles away to the wrong house. So I was 1,200 miles away and out of time with no birthday sweetness. I found Whisked Away online and sent a nigh time FB message asking about the bakery. The owner (presumably?) was incredible. Super responsive and helpful and about 18 hours later a beautifully decorated cookie cake and hand written card were delivered to the correct address - right in time for birthday celebrations. So how could the food not incredible with that kind of care, detail and service? Can't wait to order again... with more time and less drama this time ;-) read more

Awesome!! Went by and bought my wife's favorite, Snickerdoodles. She loved them. I got oatmeal raisin cookies and a brownie for the road for me. Mine were excellent, the brownie didn't make it to the city limits and the cookies made a great after dinner treat. I'll definitely go back. read more

Great little local spot. I'm not much of a sweets guy but they have a great little lunch selection. All the ingredients are fresh and the owner picks choice meats and cheeses for the sandwiches. Don't waste your time going here. It was my first time visiting. The lady took forever to greet us. Also, no masks, in case you are concerned about that. We got a little of everything. Maybe it was the time of day, but the cookies were very stale and the icing on top is flavorless and kind of crunchy. The brownie was so so. You can buy better tastier products at Walmart.(that's my opinion) The only things we ended up liking were the pre packaged items from other companies that they sell, like beef jerky and the drinks. We didn't get much and it was way too expensive. Online it looked impressive, but I walked in and was very underwhelmed. And it seems she might have gotten several people to post good reviews for her after my bad review.(also, my opinion) All I can say is don't believe the hype or you can find out for yourself. read more

I be been going here for about 3 months now, I just happened to pass bye and stopped in. The owner is so amazing and can accommodate any request for some sweet treats. She made me the best desserts for my Christmas party and everything was so yummy my guests took home anything that was not eaten at the party (which was nice but would of loved some pastries for morning coffee) I highly suggest ordering your next birthday cake or pick up some pastries with coffee. read more

Don't go for the kolaches cause they're not very good and they're overpriced. No flavor in the dough and they were days old.
