We came for breakfast and it was pretty busy. We did not have a reservation but didn't wait long to be seated. I'd say if you have more than 4 people in your party that you should make a reservation. They have indoor and outdoor seating with a view of the water. The inside is open and bright with a full bar. There are specific times for breakfast and lunch/dinner menus. There were 3 people in my party and we did wait over 30min to get our food. I got the smoked salmon eggs Benedict and it was delicious. Very flavorful. I would get it again. I'd say it's worth the wait if you are prepared to wait. Staff were very friendly. They also had a large variety of gelato. I was hesitant to get any due to the bright colors they were. If I go back I'd try one that didn't have the added colors. Is it worth the drive?...yes

In a touristy area, I wasn't expecting the food to be as good as it was. This is not a taurus trap restaurant. The atmosphere is nice and open and the staff was very friendly. It was bright and vibrant with a great view of the water. All of the food tasted very fresh. I ordered the eggs Benedict special that came with country potatoes. The potatoes were fresh and didn't taste like they had been sitting under a warmer for a long time. It was phenomenal! They have a full bar. If you have a sweet tooth like me, they have a good variety of gelato. I'll have to visit that next time.

Surprisingly good lunch for such a "cute touristy" looking place. Had the Pepperoni Flatbread and the Caesar salad, and both were quite good. My wife was very happy with her Salmon Waffle as well. Service was quite good; very friendly, and the outdoor seating is great if you have a dog as well. Definitely more than what you'd expect, and worth a visit.

We love visiting the cute small town of Port Gamble and have been to this spot when it was different restaurants throughout the years. Whiskey and Waffles has done a beautiful job turning the space into a bright and welcoming space to enjoy a meal. Our server was friendly and attentive. We enjoyed waffles (Belgium, Banana Pecan) , a side of bacon, and American Breakfast as well as a cup of coffee. The place had the most inviting smell of waffles. We enjoyed everything, the bacon being the only item that was not anything special. We are definitely tempted to go back to enjoy their flatbread pizzas and gelato.

    Chicken & Waffles

Ordered chicken and waffles and a side of country potatoes. Beautiful presentation and good service but the flavor profile was uninspiring, boardering on bland. Love locally and happy we tried it but in no rush to come back. Maybe for a cocktail.

    Bloody Mary

We visited for Father's Day brunch and had a wonderful experience. The waitress steered me toward the chicken and waffles with hot honey, and it absolutely lived up to the recommendation. delicious, indulgent, and packed with flavor. My husband ordered the veggie burger with a Caesar salad and really enjoyed it. The Bloody Mary was equally impressive, garnished with olives and asparagus and full of flavor. Beautiful atmosphere, dog-friendly deck, and incredibly friendly service. We got lucky with an outdoor table, but reservations seem like a good idea. Looking forward to returning.

Service is just unbelievably sweet and friendly and they clearly know their way around a drink menu. In long Not what you'd expect in Snohomish, and that's very much to its credit. It's a nondescript little building with no signage at all. You can probably roll a wheelchair in over the transom, though the sidewalk is a little slopy here. You open the door, push aside the curtain, and wait for your eyes to adjust. Super dim inside. The bar is right across from the door, flanked by 2 seating areas. Antique furniture and wall art, going for that 1920s look and doing it very well--while also keeping it comfortable for long sits. The crowd isn't trying to match the period clothing or anything, it's just a bunch of fun younger Snohomies hanging out and drinking cocktails. The bartender hands you a menu of a dozen and a half cocktails, mostly vintage, vintage-sounding, or using vintage ingredients or techniques (e.g., 3 different offerings with egg whites). Prices are fair enough, and they bring out your drink when it's ready. Vintage-looking glassware--cool! There's another big room past the bar, lots of Edison bulbs here and there, but not so many as to create even a hint of glare anywhere. There's a washroom in the far corner, definitely big enough to be accessible. Now I can't remember whether there were grab bars. The ceilings in here are all different heights, most covered with pressed tin. Nice effect. There's one window that hasn't been covered, so a little natural light gets in. It was kind of fun trying to imagine what kinds of businesses might have been in here before it became a speakeasy. There's a staircase to a small loft office space. Overall, if you're antique shopping or just out and about in Snoho, this is a good stop and you should check it out at least once. Really nice vibe. They allow outside food--one table ran around the corner for pizzas and brought them back in. I'll come back for sure.

All hard surfaces, so I need to let you know that the place is a bit noisy. It wasn't full and we had trouble hearing each other across the table. They have a full menu for brunch and prices range from around $16 for "the usual" of eggs, bacon, and roasted potatoes to $25-30 for fancier plates. Note that toast was a side with extra charge. Brunch for 3 with coffee (and toast) was $115 including tax and tip. Not cheap, but the food was pretty good. The corned beef hash that I had came with a horseradish sauce that was a bit unusual, but good. My wife had "the usual" eggs, bacon, etc. Our son had the "beef benedict" with shredded beef, which, again, was a little unusual, but he said it was good. Service and staff were attentive and pleasant. It is a very convenient place for a nice brunch. We will be trying it for dinner sometime.

We were also warned that the kitchen gets "overwhelmed" with big groups, which we appreciated their honesty. Our table decided to order a variety of items and to share. My mom would've loved the schnitzel but when I asked if they could put the spaetzle and sauce on the side, the waiter told me "no, the chef won't do that because it would be visually unappealing." We ordered it anyway and it tasted good but my mom couldn't try it. I think it would've been fine if the spaetzel and sauce were on the side (would've been my preference too) so it would also keep the schnitzel crunchy. But anyway, we also ordered the seared tuna, which was too garlicky for our liking, the shrimp boil, which was very good, and the fried chicken, which was just ok. My sister sitting in the next booth also ordered the brussel sprouts and that was easily the star of the show! This restaurant allows kids but I'm not sure if I would really consider it to be "kid friendly" since they did not offer a kids menu. All-in-all, food was good, service was honest, and we would probably come back.
