This place has great breakfast and lunch. Like any other restaurant it's a hit and miss on employee you get. They seem be not having high turn around on employees so employees are starting to recognize us. The waitress we had knew our order before we ordered it. That's a service way above and beyond. When you look out the window, you get to see the water. I enjoy all the food from this place. Sometimes this place does get busy so be ready to wait. I will always wait for great food. We tried this place for breakfast after a New Year's party in the casino. The dinner restaurant was good, but I was disappointed when they messed up my order twice. I was more disappointed when the blamed me for the mistake. My hope is my experience was not typical, because the menus and atmosphere are great. read more

Slowest food service I have experienced in kitsap county. I was in the restaurant for over an hour before my food for two arrived. The wait for tables was 15 minutes so I agreed to a high table that was next to the barista counter. People waiting on coffee would linger around and shake the table while discussing their wild evening on the casino floor. Hard to mess up eggs and a pancake, but I wasn't happy with the over easy egg. It was overdone and felt like it was cooked in a microwave. Don't go if you're in a hurry and hungry! Be sure to have an hour to wait. Like I have right now to start this review. Our first experience going here and it was very SLOW service! First we waited for a table for 20 minutes then after being seated and waited another 20 minutes to even be acknowledge by a waitress to take our order and then wait another 1/2 hour to receive the food all while watching other people come in after us and they are already eating their breakfast and gone by the time we even received our food. An hour and half later and we are done. Something with where we were seated, middle of the restaurant seating were ALL waiting way more than other tables. It didn't appear they were short staffed because they had 3 ladies all standing at the front where you check in most of the time, think 1 was in training who checked you in and the lady who finally took our order was dressed differently- she may have been a manager? So our first impression not great, food was a 4/10. I had the French toast which was great until I had a taste of onion in my mouth with it. Hubby had their country fried steak- he said it was different which I know means he didn't care for it and he's not one to leave food on his plate. Too chewy he said. So we got here at 11:32 asked about eggs Benedict we had been told they dumped that sauce so we had kids pancakes and two the works omelettes. Food was OK hash browns had been on the grill for sometime but edible. Asked for butter for the kids pancakes a few times from different staff. All and all it was a place to eat. read more

Food was ok. Ordered the bowl and the scrambled eggs were a weird disk shape, the bowl came on a plate and they forgot the cheddar cheese we asked for. What happened to the bowl??? Crab Cake Eggs Benedict was ok, crab cakes were dark yet not very warm, eggs were perfect. O'Brien potatoes had very little veggies for a $2 up charge. Our server was amazing! Great smile, great attitude, very friendly. Took forever to pay, they had one person running the cards. The servers had no real cohesive assigned area; more like some here, some there, some on the patio. Took a while to get our food too. This cafe is only open until 2:00pm each day which includes coffee bar. It has a partial water view from most tables and has small patio dining w/umbrellas on nice days. Our server Sierra (sp?) was awesome, she ensured our special requests were received by kitchen. Very friendly and attentive which was appreciated. Atmosphere is bright and pleasant nice casual. Both our breakfast meals were delicious and prepared perfectly. Hubby loved his classic eggs benny with the perfectly executed extra crispy hash browns. I really enjoyed the meat lovers bowl in which they substituted the side of hash browns & toast for sautéed mushrooms & spinach to add to my egg/meat bowl. Food quality and presentation all very nicely done. The coffee was very basic though sadly. The Bloody Mary good. We took a peach slushy drink from coffee bar to go into casino, it was yummy and not overly sweet. We'd definitely eat there again! read more

Been wanting to try the crab cake bennidict for years .Had a room at clearwater for another day so went in and ordered to go. Katie ,the one who took my order was polite ,professional, and asked all appropriate questions to see to it we went to the room with everything we needed. The crab cake was so much real crab. It really was like no other. The eggs were perfect. Still soft even after carrying to the room with heat in the box. The country fried steak, WOW, I was blown away. I have no words. Still eating it after we were full. Best I've had and I'm from the midwest. read more

Despite customer unfriendly hours, the food is good, and the staff generally friendly. Atmosphere is fairly loud but you can still have a conversation. This holds true to the folks sitting at the next table since tables are packed in tightly. The portion size is smaller than a couple of years ago, but not tiny. read more

Her name was Brittney and was super attentive and friendly and probably the reason why I give this place more than 3 stars. The food was average but the portion sizes were huge. We have been to Beach Glass over a dozen times in the past year. Really like the chill vibe and servers are nice and efficient. We would give the food and service 4-stars; however, we generously give the front desk, especially one woman with blonde hair and glasses a one star. She is the rudest, grumpiest hostess. She is definitely not an example of a gracious host. People as grumpy and unfriendly and scowling as her should be at the back washing dishes not greeting paying guests. Not hospitality. We had the crab cake benedict and was throughly disappointed. The crab cake was made out of a mushy paste that had a crab flavor but there was no identifiable crab meat. It was terribly oversalted and we could'nt finish it. I wouldn't order this again until they change thier recipe and lay off of the salt shaker. We have always enjoyed eating here when we're in WA. Today we were craving clam chowder and have always liked theirs. We drove from Port Orchard for lunch on the patio and that bowl of chowder. They weren't serving on the patio today. Come on! 82 and sunny. And now they only have chowder on Friday. You are a waterfront, NW tribal casino/restaurant. Ridiculous. So we went back to the casino floor to the seafood bar, which was closed. Our fish and chips and clam chowder at HOP N DROP in Silverdale was delicious. Come on Clearwater. Terrible is the only word that comes to mind. We are staying at the casino and literally there is nowhere to get any food. Especially breakfast. We arrived at 11:15 am on New Years Day. The restaurant was only half full and we were told it would be 15 minutes wait. We are guessing it was because they were short staffed. We were finally seated at a high top table with bright yellow menus. We waited for our server. We waited some more. Finally after waiting 14 minutes we flagged down the bus boy. He told the waitress we were still waiting and she said she had no idea we were her table. Okay well someone please take our order. She came back a few minutes later and asked for our order. Oh but we are out of french toast, biscuits and hollandaise for eggs benedict. Ok well we just ordered the standard eggs, bacon, hashbrowns and toast. After waiting 17 minutes for our food it finally came out and was cold. The bacon was disgusting and the scramble was mushy. There were dirty tables everywhere with no one to clean them. Service was lackluster at best. The staff just walked over garbage on the floor without picking it up. Just awful. There were no smiles, no hello or thank you. Not a single happy person in the place. The reddish haired girl at the register was grumpy. Avoid if at all possible. Drive the 10 minutes to Poulsbo, you will be much happier. read more

Loved the omelets! The baked potato abd rice pilaf were good too and the staff was extra helpful about my need for gluten free. They made me a vegetable side and it was great! The food is much better and less expensive than the more expensive Clearwater restaurant (yuck). My partner got a NY steak cooked to perfection. read more
