We called him out another time for a repair, but he outsourced someone else to fix our hot tub who actually made the issue worse by breaking the threading off a component. He attached a part that wasn't even compatible with our hot tub. There's a 1 year warranty clause on the invoice, but Marco never returned our call after weeks of calling. So we spent over $1000 for this scam. We tried to look up the certification he sent us and noticed that his certification number was crossed off. Seems like he's hiding something because we couldn't verify anything about him. Bottom line, he's not consistent or trustworthy and has slimy business practices. You can call any other hot tub maintenance company around Big Bear and Blue Star/Marco has a bad reputation for this. You'll end up spending even more money and wasting time hiring Blue Star/Marco.
