Were they going to do the job correctly? What was the process? Was I going to get overcharged? I have has so many bad experiences this month and really did not want another. I have to say... they came... worked hard... and Eric addresses all my concerns and will most likely be back.... again and again. They definitely have a repeat customer. This pool was not the worst, but definitely not the easiest and I just got here 30 days ago and paying to clean up someone elses mess for the past 10 years. They did not complain. They did not stop. James offered to come over once a week to vacuum and adjust the chemicals for us for a SUPER reasonable price. He also had his mom with him. She is the sweetest human being ever. However as the months went on he started showing up whenever he wanted sometimes without notice. We started off at a standard fee in the beginning and then Samuel suggested to my husband that he would reduce his fee to us and just come weekly to check pH and chlorine levels and add his chemicals as needed. We agreed and continued services . This when he started showing up random days of the week. Sometimes not at all unless we called to check in with him. I find this to be extremely unprofessional as I am a business owner myself and I could not fathom treating my clients this way ever. Fast forward to these past few months Samuel offered to clean our pool filters which he said would be no charge as long as it was the actual time to clean. However when we asked him to come change them he came up with a $100 fee that he in the beginning told us he would would charge us if it was too early to clean so I let him know ahead of time that we would not need the filter cleaning as we would do it ourselves. Due to the change randomly in price. We felt this to be dishonest. This past month he showed up randomly or not all unless he was called. On June 21st 2025 he came and did his regular service since then he has not called us nor ever returned. He just quit without proper notice. I would highly suggest in NOT using his services as he is extremely unreliable and unprofessional. Use his services at your own risk.
