All is in layman aka real life lingo, you do not have to be a yogi to follow along, or incorporate the learnings to your personal experiences. I have ZERO physical yoga experience, and even as a remote learner, Tina makes learning the moves, breathing and the RELEASE so easy. The best part of this group, is no judgement. Doesn't matter if you're an expert or a newbie, you will get something out of it. I am repeatedly amazed by the simplicity of the moves, yet I can FEEL IT. I've also done an individual reading from Tina. AH-MAZING. So accurate. SO HELPFUL. And thought provoking in moving things to perspective, and a right frame of mind that eases. There's an opportunity to sit on one of the many stone benches provided throughout the luscious well-maintained garden for meditation. I always enjoy the walking paths while listening to the birds and the koi pond while listening to the water flowing. But on a few occasions, I wish other visitors can also be in that meditative state or mode and remember to keep their conversations to a minimum once they come through the gate. This will help to maintain the tranquil environment. The meditation garden is not meant for social gatherings. Please respect those visitors who are truly there to practice mindfulness...Namaste.
