It changed without communication to one cleaner and four hours. The cleaner mixed all the trash, recycling, and composting (contamination), which could have caused a huge fine in New York City. It doesn't seem as if there was training. Some items were thrown out without consultation, and papers were reorganized to the point where I couldn't find a receipt. I want to remove the dust off from the surfaces of my apartment so I could move it after the service. They knew it is post construction service and the charged extra for it. Before the cleaning, they ask me for steps so they could reach the higher places. I went to buy it immediately for them. Again, it's newly renovated so my apartment is empty. Lack of necessary equipment. They have no cleaning supply with them. They were just using water!? After the cleaning, my apartment still very dusty. When I was inspecting how they did, they rushing me saying they have another appointment. And they leave a bag of garbage in the house. Customer service is very good. Quick reply and answer. Still waiting for the solution of this situation. *Situation update* So, their reply is quick. However, they didn't want to take any responsibility of what they did not provided. They said they will give me refund unless I remove this review. That's why they have so many good reviews but only a few bad review. I am not happy with this answer because people should know what kind of services you could provide. So, I decided not to take the refund and leave this review here so everyone can see this. I mentioned they charged me extra $80 for post construction service. And without anything done for what I requested. " still very dusty everywhere" , they offered me $40 refund but I must remove this review. Telling me that they already give me a discount. The discount is with condition that I could pay by cash. I should not pay after what they've done. Their cleaning service for me is waste of money because nothing is done. You will end up hiring other company or you have to do it by yourself just like me.

I got a mailer in from O'Shea trucking and decided to give them an opportunity to give an estimate. I spoke to Michelle O'Shea who told me it was a family business and they help to move locally and long distance. She scheduled with Rick, her husband, to come provide an estimate. When Rick came to provide the estimate, he was informative, kind and thorough. He went to see all the rooms, attic and crawl space. I really appreciated that the owner himself came to do the estimate rather than the previous sales people I've dealt with at other companies. Michelle sent over the quote and I was able to secure my date with a deposit. Unfortunately, we had issues with our closing date and buyers and had to changed our previously scheduled moving date. Michelle was wondering and communicative as she accommodated our new date. She was able to set up a crew to help me move before we needed to be out of the house. I was so appreciative of all her efforts. The day of the move, Rick called me and informed me that the crew was on their way. Rick himself and 4 members of his team were there ready to work. They were efficient, they worked well together, communicated well and everything flowed. They did a walk through prior to the move to ensure what was being moved and packed everything up so well. When moving into the new space, they transported all the furniture and assembled them in their designated rooms. They put down runners throughout the house to ensure everything was safe and transported well. They asked questions and moved things where directed. Each person had a task - unloading, building, transporting and the family team really worked well together. I highly recommend O'Shea Trucking for your next move. I needed to get the hinges replaced on a noisy inside door of my house (the joys of being a new homeowner), and I got several responses from contractors across Yelp. Andrei's stood out both because it was the lowest price quote, and he had the best reviews of any other respondent. It seemed a little too good to be true, but I figured it was worth taking a chance. I'm glad I did, because Andrei IS too good to be true, and yet he exists. Excellent communication, punctual, thorough and completely self-sufficient, the hinge replacement process started off great. Then, after expertly replacing the hinges, and even sanding a bit at the base of the door where it caused the door to stick when opening and closing, he checked to see how the door opened and closed - the door was now blissfully quiet, but still stuck, and he identified the door latch and plate as needing to be adjusted. Above and beyond! The door works perfectly now, it's literally like a new door. And because the door was to my mother-in-law's bedroom, having Andrei provide this superlative service scored me a few points with her (well, at least for a few hours, until she found something else to grumble about). He also left the space clean, and was very courteous from start to finish. I really wanted to help a local business but she said she didn't need us and had many other clients and asked me to stop messaging her if we were unhappy.
