When I brought it back, they said it could be fixed right away, so I returned again a couple of days later to pick it up--but it hadn't been properly repaired. Only the lower part of the train had been addressed, while the most important area was left untouched. They then asked me to come back again a week later. When I finally received the dress, it came back with severe stains on the décolletage area that were not there when I first brought it in. Even after I complained, their response was shockingly irresponsible--they said they didn't want to touch the dress anymore. This is truly unacceptable service. I strongly advise against bringing your precious wedding dress to this place. I have worked in the wedding industry for over 25 years, and I have never experienced such poor service. Out of the five dresses I entrusted to them, two were returned in a condition that made them unusable.

I had a bag full of clothes and asked for a quote and lady looked at it and said no more than $50. I then asked if there was an itemized list of prices available so I can be sure that I was quoted properly. She stated she did not have one but ensure me it wouldn't be more than $50. I proceeded to ask when the clothes would be ready for pick-up and she estimated 5 days, which I thought was strange because it's usually 2-3 days for me at other places. On the day of pick-up, it was different lady working and sure enough she charged me $70. If she could have honored the initial quote, she would have kept my business.
