Wait staff seemed to be missing completely. Some thoughts I had were "well there has to be wait staff because all these people have their food" but still I waited. The eggs were fluffy, the potatoes were nicely seasoned with a good crisp on the outside, and the turkey sausage was a solid choice. I also sampled the Turkey Sausage Biscuits & Gravy. The dish was comforting and satisfying, but it could have benefited from a little more seasoning.
