We stopped by this coffee shop while hopping around Nashville on a Saturday. I loved the decor and atmosphere when we walked in - it reminded me of a warm, cozy cabin. There was tons of space to work and hang out. The employees were helpful and the menu has tons of options. I got an iced white bison, and it was soooo sweet. Way to sweet for my liking. I would definitely get it with less sweetener next time!

White Bison Cafe was different. It was like a fast station, study area, coffee shop. The atmosphere gave that of a Barnes and nobles though. People were inside studying and reading while we bounced in for a coffee. The baristas were very cool. The drink was made really well. I ordered a chai latte with vanilla. We also got some of the other i store hoodies. Will return.

I absolutely adore White Bison, it is a great coffee shop and an ideal spot for college students and business professionals. This location has plenty of parking out front and lots of seating in their dining area. The upstairs is my favorite with dim lighting and comfortable couches. They have a great seasonal menu, expansive drink menu, and light coffee shop bites from sandwiches to pastries. It's a great spot, and one of my favorite coffee shops in town. It can get pretty busy, so I would recommend getting there earlier rather than later--if you want a good open spot.

"Don't talk to me before I've had my coffee..." this thing right here might be god's gift to the world. I came in with an idea; oat-milk shaken espresso topped off with nitro cold brew... Elaina made it happen... I blurted out the concept to Elaina & she executed it elegantly. The textures from the shaken espresso & the cold brew mixed perfectly with the creaminess of the oat-milk. I'm not sure how she did it, but she did it well. AND with a smile on her face the entire time. After my first sip I told her "this is the best coffee I have ever had". And that's the TRUTH. For the record, I've become a mostly black coffee kind of guy. This right here, the ability to still enjoy the actual flavors of the coffee/espresso while also enjoying different textures... this did it for me. 10/10 highly recommend going to this stand alone white bison. Great atmosphere around the bar and a nice quiet study area on the second floor. Parking was easy, you can walk and visit all of the hotspots in the nations no problem.

One might find it silly that I am giving this place a 5 star review without actually ever trying their coffee. I do not drink coffee nor do I enjoy the taste. But, what I can rate this place is based on costumer service, atmosphere, grab-n-go items, and overall experience. I probably come here twice of week for their grab-n-go options. Sometimes this is just easier than going to the overly popular Frothy Monkey or pseudo Mexican Oscar's. They get their food from an outside source that I have seen distribute at other places, but varying in price than the other places. Here, it is priced fairly and it is hearty for what you get. They have wraps, sandwiches, salads, and my favorite - chicken salad with grapes and crackers. What I have had at White Bison Coffee are their lemonade fruit teas. They're refreshing and delish. They also act as a pick me up with the day is waning on me. Not to say they have caffeine, but they're fruit-forward and it simply perks up my taste buds. During lunch time, it isn't crazy busy. I like that they have a fully covered patio where I can relax and unwind for a bit. They even have a couple of electric outlets for you to plug-in if you have to do work. I recommend this place if you need a quiet place to work or need to meet someone for a semi-formal meeting without the chaos of other coffee shops. There is ample space inside of the coffee shop as well. I really like the chill calmness this place has. The atmosphere suits the clientele and the service. Customer service is always great. Everyone is super nice and helpful. They're willing to answer any questions you have and 9 times out of 10 have coffee samples for people to try if they get something new in. You will never hear me complain about great customer service. There is a good amount of parking here by day. I can imagine it could get a little tight in later hours when it likely gets busier after the work day. No street parking is available as it is on a major thoroughfare. Keep an eye out of no parking signs, too, for other local businesses. As mentioned, I like it here. By far the selling point for me is the patio and service. I love me some good patios for warmer months.

Was here a couple of weeks ago with a friend. She has been here a couple times and raves about the coffee. We needed a pick me up; so why not? I'm always thrilled to try a new place out, plus I had honestly never been to the nations. From the outside, the space is welcoming and right up my alley. Honestly, obsessed with the spray painting on the old man on the old mill/silo behind here. The detail is impeccable. (That's a review for another time) the parking is great as well, plenty of room. The outdoor patio is great and has heaters. The inside is wonderful and open. There is plenty of seating and the loft is great. We both got a cold brew and sat down to chat. I really liked it here. Wish i could've tried a pastry or something, but I was way too full from lunch. Next time!

A space like this is exactly what I've been looking for in Nashville. A coffee shop with plenty of seating space + and atmosphere to get some work done, without feeling rushed out of there, or afraid you'll show up and have no where to sit. White Bison really had some much potential. The atmosphere is relaxing. There are tons of long tables with chairs (not stools! hate stools!), and plenty of outlets available to plug in to keep your devices charged. There's additional seating upstairs as well. It's relatively quiet, with low music in the background. But a lot of other things just missed the mark for me. First off, the coffee drinks are a bit pricy. I ordered a cappuccino, and was expecting a big ol mug with some leaf art on top to sip on on this blustery morning. Nope. My "for here" cappuccino was served in a to-go coffee cop, and that just diminishes the whole experience. Plus, its a total tree killer! For food, they have some pre-packaged salads & sandwiches, pre-packaged snacks, pastries, and some typical hot breakfast items listed on the menu. If I'm going somewhere to eat, I never opt for packaged food - there's just no point to me. I asked the barista what she suggested in terms of hot food, and her response really disappointed me. "We're actually out of a lot of it right now, we only have a few things left". It's 10:00 on a Sunday morning, and the place is pretty much empty. How are you out of things like eggs? At least mark it on the menu so my hopes are not up! She suggested the turkey sausage english muffin. It was served quickly - a whole wheat (I think?) english muffin, with a turkey sausage pattie, egg, and a spicy melty cheese. The cheese had some sort of pepper it in it, that give it a strong kick! Other than that, the sandwich lacked any real flavor, and was a bit greasy. It's a shame! I had high hopes for this place. And the vibe is perfect for a productive Sunday morning. Hopefully this place can step their game up with some reusable mugs/cups, and better preparing the kitchen!

Good espresso drink (Cortado) Tasty pastry (pecan twirl) Clean, airy, contemporary space (not too hipster) Fast and efficient staff Big free parking lot Acoustically delightful! Quality sound system but not too loud, sound deadening ceiling so you can actually conversate comfortably (please, other establishments of all types, take note!) I had already had my cup of caffeine when I arrived and needed some breakfast. This was the only spot open at 10am on a Tuesday, so I decided to go with their breakfast. I loved the variety of options available for their breakfast. From savory toasts to acai bowls, it was great. I went with the Franklin toast, which was pretty good. I think if they used a different bread, this would've elevated it more. However, the simple peanut butter and fruit toppings were tasty and the kind of breakfast I had been craving. There were seats right next to the cafe, but you could also take your toast to other tables in the market. The baristas were very sweet and took my order quickly. I found a nice booth by the coffee shop to enjoy my toast. You bus your own table when you're done, which was easy. I had a lovely breakfast at Honest Coffee Roasters.

The iced lavender matcha I ordered was great and exactly what I wanted. The biscuit flight it what saved this spot for me. I would recommend this as a perfect spot to bring your laptop or book in the read and get some work done. The staff was nice but seemed a little out of it and when you would speak to them (we interacted with three people) it was like in one ear and out the other. Not sure if everyone was having an off day but they all gave blank looks when you'd speak to them. (Ordering, requesting the bacon be crispy, requesting the check etc) I'm glad I go to visit but it's not on my list when I'm back in the city.
