A/C on bus didn't work properly!…read more I recently booked a Tennessee Whiskey Tours trip to Lynchburg for a Jack Daniel's Distillery experience. The tour itself was excellent, and our group genuinely enjoyed the time in Lynchburg. The return trip, however, was a significant problem. Even though the company stated that the air conditioning was functioning, the interior temperature of the bus rose to about 95 degrees during the 90‑minute ride back. This was not a brief inconvenience. It was sustained heat that affected multiple passengers, including elderly guests who were visibly struggling. One passenger's phone even overheated and stopped charging, which only happens when the surrounding temperature is extremely high. There were no cooling issues on the morning ride, so the dramatic difference on the return trip strongly suggests that the A/C system was not performing at a level appropriate for passenger comfort or safety, regardless of whether a mechanical fault was later identified. Motorcoach A/C systems are designed to maintain safe interior temperatures even in very hot weather, and that did not occur here. I contacted the company afterward. They acknowledged the discomfort but declined to offer any partial refund, explaining that the bus and its air conditioning were operating properly and that the tour was provided as scheduled. Given the premium price of the tour, and the expectation that transportation will be safe and reasonably climate‑controlled, the response was disappointing. The experience in Lynchburg was great, but the return trip was not acceptable, and the company's unwillingness to offer any accommodation does not reflect the level of customer care I would expect.

A great storyteller, and it was fun learning not just of some of the patrons, but also the history of the buildings. As someone who is hard of hearing, I greatly appreciated the headphones to hear the guide better. I felt like I didn't miss anything! Areas we observed: Second street, Printers Alley, and outside of Ryman Auditorium. We even got souvenirs at the end.

Even though our reception was on Broadway, they were ALWAYS on time and very friendly. They made sure all of our guests were on the final bus before leaving. Many people have complimented them and said they were also jovial and provided welcome info about Nashville during the transport. They were one of our easiest to work with and best vendors for our wedding which was so meaningful to us. It is not easy to plan a wedding and many vendors are not this easy and also don't provide this level of service. They also had very competitive pricing. I would not hesitate to use them again!

Our greeter Sterling was the most amazing tour guide. Probably the best tour guide I have ever had, in any city. Kind, funny, informative with a personal touch, she gave us a complete and comprehensive walking tour of Nashville. The tour had something for everyone. Architecture and art, food and music. She gave us a lay of the land and helped us map out what we wanted to do while we were there. Oh yeah, I forgot to mention. The tour was free and you are not allowed to tip. RIDICULOUS! I would have gladly paid for this tour and I felt horrible that I couldn't tip...but that's their policy. Definitely book this ahead of time and towards the beginning of your trip. Met an *uber* knowledgeable greeter (and her husband) - who understood we'd miss their tour - but strongly encouraged us to sign up for the Must City Greeter tour - which was *amazing!* Shannon, our guide, took us on a completely different tour - to places *she* liked, and she talked about honkey tonks *she* liked, and food/restaurants *she* recommended! A TOTALLY *personalized* tour! We did not stay on the main roads - but went on side roads and got a unique view on Nashville downtown. Shannon even pointed us toward where to go to take a great photo on the bridge! She "went over" the expected one-hour tour - but not one of us had a problem with that! (Did you know there is *symbology* in the architecture of the Radio City Hall of Fame?! Ask Shannon!!!!!!) AND YOU'RE NEVER GOING TO BELIVE THIS: TOTALLY FREE!!! I mean *TOTALLY* free!
