The best food is always made by the people who don't care one lick about your health. The service is always quick, and friendly. Never had a wrong order. I like to hit up White Castle after I stop at Joyology down the road. So you know dat shih be SLAPPIN'. The atmosphere is always clean and friendly.

Considering this is fast food, they actually did a really good job. This was my first time ever going to a white castle in my entire life, it was better than I thought it would be. When I was little, my mom told me that the meat inside the white castle slider was made out of ponies so I never wanted to eat them growing up. Finally went to try it because there was one nearby where we were driving at night, and they were actually quite tasty. I'm not sure I would go out of my way to get them in the future, before what I got was actually pretty decent. The parking was convenient, the store was brightly lit, the worker was friendly, and it was clean from What we could see. The service was also pretty quick and efficient.

Food was excellent just as expected for sliders. Service was well staffed and fast for service. My only issue is store cleanliness and equipment maintenance needed.

Five stars... So before you get your Hope's up it fast food 5 star. Got a 30 pack of cheese sliders and sack of french fries under 30 bucks. Burgers and fries was made quickly and fresh. If you like If employees seemed nice and happy to serve.

This Canton location White Castle is always packed but right now during the pandemic it's drive-thru only. Both times I've been here my order has been correct and my burgers cooked the way I like them. Nice and greasy with the bun sticking to the meat and cheese. It's cheap fast food so don't expect Angus beef quality. I'm not even sure if it's USDA approved beef. Or even beef for that matter but it's artery hardening at its finest. Best after a night of drinking. You'll appreciate it more when it soaks up some of that excess alcohol. Maybe not the next day when you're sitting on the toilet contemplating your lifestyle choices but in that moment you'll smile. Skip the fries and try the clam strips. Surf and turf baby!

Several weeks later, when the crowds died down, I popped in for dinner. The small parking lot was nearly full; I snagged the last spot. Maybe this is more of a to-go place? The menu is very limited. Essentially, there are various combinations of (3, 4, and 6) chicken fingers with fries and sides. There is also a chicken sandwich. I ordered the Box Combo, which includes four chicken fingers, sauce, fries, coleslaw, Texas toast, and a beverage, but I was worried I would still be hungry. The staffer reassured me that it would be more than enough. And she was right. The sizable chicken fingers were juicy and tender with a tasty, crunchy coating. The crinkle-cut fries were a-okay, as was the coleslaw. However, I did not care for the sauce, expecting it to be a bit sweeter, like J. Alexander's, nor did I care for the toast. The team staffing the restaurant was top-notch. They stayed on top of cleaning up the restaurant and replacing the garbage cans while remaining friendly and pleasant to customers.

Tried a fry in the car while pulling out and it was soft, not salted, and cold. We both were like "oh that fry was a miss" and grabbed another, again, terrible. Figured we would throw it in the air fryer and maybe they just got lazy and gave us old fries (we know that's what you guys do) but when we got home the burgers felt as though they had been sitting assembled in the warmer for maybe 3 hours. ACTUALLY stiff. I was incredibly disappointed. If it was within the hour they were closing, I would've understood a LITTLE, but they still had hours of operation!!! This is my sign to sit at the window and double check that my food is fresh and not made 3 business days ago.

Placed my curbside order at 11:47am. Arrived promptly at 12:03pm. It's now 12:16pm and I've had more interaction with my steering wheel than I have with any member of staff. No food. No update. No sign that anyone inside the building is even aware of time as a concept. I suspect clocks have been banned entirely. I'd say this was a one-off, but sadly, this is just business as usual at this location. Service is reliably sluggish, and you'll often find yourself wondering if you've mistakenly entered some kind of fast food purgatory. If you fancy a test of patience and a lukewarm meal delivered just in time for tea, by all means, give it a go. Otherwise, steer clear and save yourself the headache.

The biscuits however were fantastic - fluffy and buttery and warm. I ordered 2 meals because I'm a big back and I wanted leftovers to bring to my dad. For sides I got green beans, mashed potatoes, Coleslaw, and Mac and cheese. All of the sides were below average in my opinion with the exception of the coleslaw which was super tasty and not too creamy. The green beans especially were way way too overcooked and mushy. Same thing with the Mac and cheese - not impressed at all. The chicken was good but not as "fried" as I had hoped nor was it seasoned enough. With that said it was tender and juicy. Portions were larger than expected. Overall I would consider going back because the prices are great and the service is fast but I really don't think it's substantially better than fried chicken fast food chains at a similar price point like KFC or Popeyes.

I also had them make mine "hot" which was the second hottest spice level they offered. Not only were these tenders absolutely huge, but I loved how juicy they were and the thick crunchy batter (which is probably why they look so big).
