Ordered here about a week ago from the app, it was 9pm and the food we got was ALL cold! Could not believe it. Tried a fry in the car while pulling out and it was soft, not salted, and cold. We both were like "oh that fry was a miss" and grabbed another, again, terrible. Figured we would throw it in the air fryer and maybe they just got lazy and gave us old fries (we know that's what you guys do) but when we got home the burgers felt as though they had been sitting assembled in the warmer for maybe 3 hours. ACTUALLY stiff. I was incredibly disappointed. If it was within the hour they were closing, I would've understood a LITTLE, but they still had hours of operation!!! If you're after a fast food experience, might I gently suggest not choosing this McDonald's. Unless, of course, you define "fast" as somewhere between a slow roast and geological time. Placed my curbside order at 11:47am. Arrived promptly at 12:03pm. It's now 12:16pm and I've had more interaction with my steering wheel than I have with any member of staff. No food. No update. No sign that anyone inside the building is even aware of time as a concept. I suspect clocks have been banned entirely. I'd say this was a one-off, but sadly, this is just business as usual at this location. Service is reliably sluggish, and you'll often find yourself wondering if you've mistakenly entered some kind of fast food purgatory. If you fancy a test of patience and a lukewarm meal delivered just in time for tea, by all means, give it a go. Otherwise, steer clear and save yourself the headache. read more

Taking my order was good. Paying for my food the lady wanted to fight about what I can have for BOGO sandwiches for doing the survey. I was getting 2 McDoubles and she said Only more expensive sandwiches. I explained it says any sandwich. She went and checked with her manager. He gave me what I wanted and she almost throw my CC and receipt back to me, as she was mad. The food was good though, but the service is really slow. read more

Tonight I visited this McDonalds very late almost midnight, they had the sweetest worker, he made a mistake and so we pulled back around the drive thru and I was quite annoye, but shortly after I pulled off I realized how amazing he truly was and it was just a accident, he's a great employee give him a raise! read more

A year ago I would have agreed with many of the negative comments about this location. We also had plenty of issues with the drive thru associates and service. But over the last 8 months we have been very happy with dine in and drive thru experiences. I really hate using kiosks to order my food BUT it does cut down on less then pleasant interactions. However the staff here have been very friendly and pleasant. We have not had any reason to complain for quite some time. read more

One of the worst McDonalds I've ever been to. I've been here a few times out of convenience, but never again. Every time you wait at least 15 minutes for your food. Usually it's closer to 20. The staff is hit or miss, I've had very nice people take my order, and a few rude individuals who seemed frustrated with their job (understandable). The final straw for me was tonight. Quick preface; last night I went there in hopes of getting a burger and fries, pretty simple. I ended up waiting 20 minutes to get to the order box, and a Karen sounding lady told me it would be 15 minutes to take my order. That's ridiculous I thought, especially since another car behind me had already peeled off. I wasn't going to spend 40 minutes of my life at McDonald's, so I drove to the one down the street, which was ironically empty. Back to tonight, apparently they are supposed to be a 24 hour McDonald's, which they are NOT. They close at 1:00 on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. Wouldn't that be nice to know before going there. Problem was- it was 12:55. I'm not trying to make a big fuss out of closing early, but this is a damn McDonalds! There should be consistency, not cut corners. After 5 minutes of waiting, realizing they probably took off the headsets and were scrubbing the kitchen, I left. I'm never going back to this place. Another franchisee can take my money. read more

This is a bad McDonald's. Ordered breakfast and lunch in a group order. The chocolate milk shake tasted like mint (Shamrock time, I guess) and my son wouldn't eat it. My "extra mustard" sandwich had almost no mustard. I went to ask for a couple mustard packets and the staff finished putting a couple drive through orders together (2-3 minutes) instead of taking five seconds to toss me a packet. The chicken nuggets were cold. This location used to have a play place. They took it out and put in four touchscreen video game consoles, two of which were displaying an error "screen of death." The volume on the ones that worked was so loud that neither my son nor I could sit near it. Asked the staff if it could be turned down and they said no. The food was mostly fine and the cashier was pleasant when he took my order. The stomp piano in the play room was fun. I won't ever be back, though. read more

Food safety practices definitely need to be enforced. The young lady who handed me my meal was holding the inside of the lid to my drink. When I politely asked her to use a different lid, because she was touching the inside of the lid, she stated, "I've washed my hands and they are clean." First, she was supposed to just replace the lid. Second, she obviously hasn't received the proper training. Third, she had no idea that she was talking to a person who holds a Master's in food science (w/a concentration in food safety) and a certified SafServe manager. I didn't receive my receipt so I couldn't complete a survey. I will, however, return to retrieve the number that's posted to call with issues because this shouldn't be happening. I've tried eating at this location during my lunch break, but it always takes 45 minutes to get your order. The problem isn't the workers, they have just been short staffed. I'm seeing this with tons of McDonald's. Which we should all look at the bigger issue and just stop eating at all McDonald's until they pay their workers decent wages. read more

Woman in drive thru window handed guy in front of me two bags in a row....neither were his. She handed him a bag of food, he stuck his hand into bag and took out a sandwich, opened it, stuffed it back in bag and handed it back to her. She placed the bag in plain site in window. This happened the same way the second time. Now there are two contaminated bags of food sitting in window. I get to window and She hands me the bag the guy that was in front of me had opened the sandwich right in front of her. I told her I didn't want those. She asked me what my order was. I told her and she asked if my order was a special order and I said no....repeated my order to her a second time. She told me to pull up and they would make two new sandwiches and bring them out to me. I pulled forward, put it in park and the manager walked up with a bag of food. I asked where my come was at and she yelled Jesus christ! She stormed back in building. A few seconds later the girl from window brought my coke. It took 25 minutes to get to the window no one seemed to be out of order as I was watching and no one left in front of me. I left and opened my first breakfast sandwich and it was cold, a special order sandwich as it was not a complete sandwich. They re-wrapped the sandwiches they gave the guy ahead of me because the sandwiches were cold and it was a special order breakfast sandwi h without egg. I threw them away because it's not safe to eat since it was handled by someone else. They can't cook two new sandwiches and walk out in front of the store in one minute or less. I called McDonald's headquarters and told them whT happened. 10 minutes ago some idiot called me with an attitude and told me since I threw away the sandwich they wouldn't replace my breakfast or refund my money. I wasn't going to go through that 25 minute line again. The doors are locked, and calling the same manager that has violated basic health code laws not to mention the covid implications didn't seem to make sense so I called McDonald's customer care. McDonald's customer care was ignorant, rude, and useless. This McDonald's is possibly 1000% better than the Burger King just down the road. Let me put it this way, I love love love whopper jrs. Really, really love them. And, I might actually consider killing a puppy for BK onion rings. However, I am seriously considering only eating at McDonalds from now on. That is just how much better the service is here vs the BK at Haggerty and Ann Arbor rd. Longest drive thru wait at any fast food restaurant I've ever been to. 8 cars ahead of me IN THE ENTIRE LINE (both lanes) when I pulled up and it's been 15 minutes. Still haven't been able to put my order in. I figure I'll have been in this line for 30 minutes before I'll have gotten my order. This is not an isolated incident, it's an every visit occurrence. Time after time. Even if there's little to no line at all. Hire more motivated employees, train them better, hell, fire the weak links, even if that may be the manager. When there's no inside dining and the drive thru is this bad, something has to change. It takes a special type of poor work culture to be this bad. That, or an almost coordinated lack of interest in customer service. Send in corporate. I'm sure they'd be happy to fix things.This is just bad for the brand.... Please just don't eat here. They make you wait an unreasonable amount of time in line with out a courtesy of saying one moment. Then after all the waiting the food wasn't even fresh. Wow. Not sure kind of the scams are happening at this location. McDonald's offers deal any sandwich, no purchase necessary. I order one, go to the location. They tell me to pull forward, then proceed to the pickup window. Then come and tell me they have no order for me. I give them my phone showing me order. They say no order. I asked to speak to the manager. The come back and say my order is 'pay-in' store. They tell me I need to pay for it. (A FREE sandwich offer) I ask to speak to the manager again. This has to be one of the most ghetto McDonald's I've ever been to which isn't actually in the ghetto. The service is abysmal. There were at least 5 people on duty, allegedly working. When I went in, there was nobody ahead of me in line, but it seemed to take forever for someone to come to the register and take my order. Then it took a long time for my order to arrive, and when it did it was cold. This isn't the first time I've had bad service here. The time before, I got mozzarella sticks and they were cold and horrible. At that time I just chalked it up as a fluke, but it seems that bad service is the norm here. Absolutely the worst McDonald's in the area. They have that going for them. Anytime of day, you could be the only car in line and will wait an unreasonably long time. This is just a really bad McDonald's, I really have nothing else to say. Any interaction I have had here was not good. I live within a mile of this McDonald's and will travel out of my way when I want McDonald's to not give this place business, to have the correct order, and not have to sit in line for 15+ minutes for small simple orders. Negative has a Positive out come!! Last night we were so hungry, decided to run up the road to good ol McDonald's. Got back to hotel so excited to eat my Nuggets. EWWW. The worst I've ever had. You could tell the oil was bad and they were like cardboard. I called talked to a manager... BRITNEY. NO Manager at all... telling me to bring them up and such. I told her I'm not running up there and to check their grease. Maybe telling me a sorry or how can we fix the issue .. instead she just had attitude.
