This was the first time I had White Castles in over 20 years. I had loved away from Ohio and since I have moved back thought I'd give it a try again. Ok. So perhaps it's been 20 years and I had not had sliders and their onion chips in awhile. Which could lead to some sort of bias in the fact that I had not had it in some time. But, it was really good. Arguably, good would be a relative term considering where I was and the offerings and type of food. lol But, the sliders and onion chips were hot, good, and just as I remembered. Service was good through drive through too. And price was about what expected given inflation and the fact that even Antony little flat burgers cost has went up too I suppose. I stopped in yesterday afternoon and of course this morning the food is also bringing back memories of what white castles used to do to my digestive system. lol. One thing is for certain. If you want relatively good inexpensive food to satisfy a craving.. this is it. It's also a good place to clear out your digestive system usually by the next morning. lol I'd recommend this location and the food. I don't like how you have to wait 10 minutes after your order at the drive-through just to get what you did not order. I have gave this place three times to show me that it's just a bad day but it seems like every day needs to work on getting better employees. read more

First time eating at a white castle. The food was good, and the employees were really patient and chill. The ambiance of this location is like any other fast food restaurant. To be honest, it was a good meal on my book. Btw they have one of those soda machines with different flavors ! read more

Customer service Amazing! I can honestly say that this was the nicest drive-thru experience I have ever had. They helped me order. They were flexible. Let me know it was ok to change my mind and they help me felt at easy. I really didn't have to wait more than a few minutes for my order. I got the food and it was all super fresh and the most important... the order was correct! I've only been to this location twice and both times the experience has been awful. The first time I had a coupon for buy 5 get 5 free. I told the lady about the coupon and I'd like to utilize it to get 10 cheese sliders and she couldnt have been more rude by her response. Almost arugementative. Had a negative experience when paying and getting food as well with no one greeting or saying a word. The sliders tasted like they should have minus some of the bread being stale. The second time I came, I think it was this last Saturday, maybe Friday the system was down. Instead of quickily letting me know i sat there for 5 mins until i drove up to the first and second window. I then tried back later and they FINALLY were letting people know it would be 15 mins to reboot the system. They said inside was closed because of lack of staff. When I finally got my sliders the employees were nice enough. The food was like my first experience: what I expect from white castle but some of the sliders had stale bread. Overall very bad experiences with service but sometimes that craving kicks in and need a slider. read more

I have been to many white castles so I think I can make a fair judgement on them. I went here for lunch on a Monday because I have not had it in a while and I was nearby. My food was fresh, it was a fast DT experience, employees were friendly. As far as white castles go, this one was pretty good. This restaurant is dirty. Not one single clean table. The floors don't appear to have been swept or mopped recently. Food order took a long long time and we were the only ones in the restaurant and our cheese sliders didn't all have cheese on them. The fountain was out of Flavored Water, the napkin dispenser was also empty and one has to ask for salt, pepper or ketchup. Pick another restaurant ! read more

I walk in at 7pm to order a crave case for my family nothing too crazy of an order and she says oh you should come back tomorrow and then looks back at the employees who look super greasy by the way and are congregated around the grill telling jokes and says "you gotta make 30 more" and the employees all sigh with grief. Made me feel bad enough I just walked out I didn't want them upset making my food. People need fired but then again it is LEBANON. I'm from Cincinnati but I was trying to bring my girlfriend who is from California and never had White Castle before a taste of something I enjoyed growing up. Whenever I decide it's to do a little spring cleaning of my colon, I stop at this establishment. 2 sliders generally causes hours of stomach gurgling madness, and diarrhea explosions equivalent to the Hoover dam busting. Twice a year is enough for me. If I had the choice of this food smelling up house, or the smell of my farts, I'd choose the second one. read more

No shame in my game--I love White Castle. I mean, they're open 24 hrs so any time you want a chicken sandwich with jalepeno cheese (or two) and some fries...just pop on by...no matter what time it is! That's pretty freaking great in my opinion. :) They have really great tasting Coke for whatever reason, too. Service at this newly opened location is pretty good! Honestly the food is always great and usually always warm but they legit forget my cheese dipping sauce all the time. It gets very annoying.

Went in around 5:15 on 2/15 Staff was absolutely hostile, rude, and curt. Tried to tell me everything was in the bag, I check, and it was not. Asked for sauce packets, was handed one, I asked for more and was completely ignored. Fries were soggy and cold. Sliders were the same. Like they had been sitting out for hours. NEVER coming back. Terrible service at South Lebanon White Castle. There have many many occasions with terrible rude service. We received a sandwich with a bite out of it. One worker is always screaming the F*** word. This same worker always gives us food that has something wrong with it. Today we had all our sandwiches cakes with grease. When me husband took our food back and explained about past experiences the manager called him a liar!! He said he didn't believe what we were explaining for a second! We have called and reported the problem but we will not be back. read more

The food is as to be expected from white castle, however the service at this location if abysmal. After waiting for our small order for ten minutes the same worker that took our order looked at us and said "are you waiting on something?" As of we were somewhere we shouldn't have been.
