Also, when they came to spray it, they pulled in my yard left giant ruts that they did not fix and got Spray Foam over a bunch of weight equipment that they did not clean up. Bone Dry showed up when they said they would, did what they said they would do, were respectful to my house, property, and people, and cleaned up after they left. We had three different crews come through to address each phase of the work, and everyone was professional, friendly, and communicative. There were a couple of small bumps, but they handled them professionally and quickly. I was, all in all, very pleased with their performance. I'm a building professional myself, and very much appreciate what they do. They're good people, and did a very good job for me. Have used them 3 times. Initially for a roof repair after straight line winds caused damage to our…read moreoriginal roof. Followed up a few years later by issues where moisture was entering our house through an access point and causing damage to our ceiling. They took partial blame for the situation and repaired things with partial charges. Most recently after a storm, they checked my roof and determined it was OK, but a rake board had come loose and the sales rep showed me a video verifying the need for repair. I consented. When they came to do the repair, it wound up being a simple 'nail back in place job', which was not what all I thought it would necessarily be. Combined with a single loose piece of siding that was also nailed back into place, I was charged $665 for a 10-15 minute job that required basically no materials. When I shared my concern that I felt the charge was excessive for the work performed, I was basically dismissed and charged the full amount. I realize I signed the contract, I simply didn't think the job warranted the full charge. I appreciate they got on a ladder and did work I wasn't comfortable or knowledgable enough to do, and felt a slightly lesser charge seemed to make sense for what they did. Guess I will look elsewhere for future jobs after the lack of understanding to work with me.

Had a repair needed in my AC in 2014. The following spring my AC was having trouble. They sent a…read moretechnician who found the problem had tripped the circuit breaker. I was told within 30 days by technician service calls would not be charged. 2 weeks later my AC wasn't working. I called them back and scheduled an appointment. They said a service tech would be out that day. Come 5pm, no one had called or showed up. I called them and they told me I had scheduled with someone else as their phone line ties into another repair company. I was told it was my fault because the other person who answered the phone wasn't authorized. When I asked how that was possible since it was the same phone number, she said "that's just how it's set up". I was baffled. I asked for another service tech. I Was told I'd be charged for the service call. When I said I was told it was covered for 30 days, the woman on the phone was immediately refusing. Finally after having to repeatedly state they weren't upholding their promise, they sent a service tech who still tried to charge a service fee. The following Monday, they called to ask for our credit card as they lost the number. My AC went out 3 days later. Called again. Was told they would charge a service fee. Carol was argumentative and combative. I asked for Gene Ray himself as this is a very small business and they were showing signs of complete incompetence. Gene Ray called me. When I said I wanted my AC fixed without a service charge, he kept talking over me and making excuses. He also informed me they had kept no record of visiting me a second time and tried to tell me I was lying. Then he went and checked and found out they had and instead of being apologetic he began yelling when I said I was promised a 30 day no service charge. I informed him I was recording the conversation. Where he continued to yell and be combative. When I told him I would write this yelp review, he began a tirade of how he's been in the business for 38yrs and does not take threats lightly. He yelled and wouldn't let a word in. I kept asking for them to honor their 30 day no service charge. He refused. When he bagan yelling again I informed him again I would take his recording to the Internet and he hung up. In the 3 times they were out they did not do the job I was paying them and continued to try and charge me for each service call. In the end I spent over $400 with my AC and it was still not fixed nor an explanation to what was wrong. Most unprofessional company I've ever done business with.
