Just called this place. ZERO stars for customer service. I was just calling around to get an estimate like any other person would. I called for the cost to get one key made for a circular lock. I said if I brought the lock over, what would be the cost and turnaround. He proceeded to tell me in an annoyed and condescending tone that they are a mobile service, I wouldn't be bringing the lock to them, they would come to me. Ok. So how much would the service cost for them to come over, I have a circular lock that I need a key for? He still didn't answer my question. Great customer service would have asked me questions so that he could provide me with the right answer... But not at white eagle locksmith! At white eagle, they're here to remind you that you have no idea what you're talking about. His response was that to me, it may be a "simple" lock, but to a PROFESSIONAL, there are many DIFFERENT circular locks and that this idiot of a customer (that would be me) should just send him a picture and put him out of his misery. Yeah, I get that. I figured as a professional, it was your job to help me. I guess I was wrong. So, no thanks. After being talked down to I politely declined and that I would call other services. And if there was absolutely no one else that could help me, I'd call him back. That was a lie. Never gonna call back. I would rather be a loyal customer to someone else. read more

I recently remodeled my house and needed to rekey old and new locks on my front & back exterior doors so I can use only one key for all exterior doors. Not the best communication. First ge picked up a phone and said hello, instead of being more professional. Then in regards to the part, he was vague with the ETA. Then when I texted him 4 5 days later to check on the status of the part, he just liked my text without responding. Then I waited a few days and texted again and no reply. Ended up calling him and when I asked over the phone, he said "as I mentioned before it will take 2 to 3 weeks" not too friendly in my opinion. He wanted $225 for the part and $180 for the service call. I ended up going with another company and paid $250 for everything. read more
