I spoke with Sam from White Eagle Locksmith on the phone to see if they could rekey my locks. He asked me what brand my locks were and how many I needed rekeyed. He quoted me the price over the phone, and informed me that rekeying comes with 2 keys included in the price. Each additional key was around $1.50 extra per key. Once I said OK, Sam arrived at my door 15 minutes later. He was very pleasant, polite, and an efficient worker. The whole process took around 25 minutes: to remove 4 locks, rekey them, put them back, and provide me with keys. Sam asked that I contact him if I experience any issues, so he could return to resolve them. That was on 01/10. Today is 01/22 and I have had absolutely no issues! All of the keys work well, and my whole family feels safer thanks to Sam at White Eagle Locksmith. Thank you SO much!
