Top notch company/experience! I live alone and have a crazy work schedule. Jorji always returned calls, was flexible and worked with me on possible dates/times for them to come to my home. When we were finally able to coordinate a specific day/time, Todd was punctual and got right to work on replacing a broken exhaust fan and ceiling fan. It was obvious that Todd had plenty of experience as he had both fans replaced and working in short order. Although consummate professionals, Todd and Jorji are both extremely personable and it was more like having a friend over than someone you had hired. They have very fair prices and DO NOT try to sell you any additional services/equipment you haven't asked for. As mentioned in another review, I received a fully hand-written 'Thank You' card from them, mentioning the specifics of their visit. Who else does something like that anymore?? I am planning to replace my existing 30 amp electric stove top with a new 40 amp electric induction stove top. I asked White Electric to review my existing electric service and let me know if it was adequate to support the new stove top. My appointment was set for 8 am and they arrived right on time. The electrician determined that my existing stove top, oven and microwave were all being served by the same existing 40 amp breaker. Collectively, all these appliances drew 50 amps, when operated at the same time. The electrician and I discussed the alternatives and decided to establish a new 40 amp circuit to serve just the new stove top. In all other regards, the electrician from White Electric told me my existing electrical service panel was adequate and in good condition. I really appreciated them not recommending upgrades that were not required (I have had that happen in the past). I will be using White Electric for my future electrical needs. read more

Fantastic! I had 3 ceiling fans installed and needed help with a light fixture that wasn't working. My electrician was Lawrence. He called to let me know when he was on his way, he was very courteous and answered all of my questions. I never once felt intimidated and he took time to explain what he was going to do. The estimate that was given was very fair and there were no surprises when the job was completed. The customer service is amazing. Our pool pump stopped working and the pool guy said it might be a bad breaker and to call an electrician. he first company I called came out and was unable to fix things. James with White Electric, on the other hand, was determined to solve our problem. He used his experience and ingenuity to diagnose and get our pump up and running. Had a great experience. Meter mount arced and burned out my 220 supply. No air conditioning or pool equipment. Called on Friday mid morning going into 4th of July weekend. Owner was set to close up around noon but accepted my service call. Showed up by 2 pm and set to work. Was fast, efficient, and courteous. They called ahead of time to confirm some info about what type of breakers the panel needs and showed up on time (even about 5m early!).
