I was immediately greeted as I walked in the door and both men were very friendly. I was on a tight time frame as I had to pick up my husband. This is the real deal customer service place that we so used to know! They actually help you put the shoe on and tie them! I was so impressed with this service. Caleb waited patiently and went out of his way accommodating my needs. He even pulled up the computer for other options. I am definitely that one who wants to try everything. I am a nurse and have an have a foot injury so trying ever option is critical for comfort . Caleb took MORE than enough time to allow me to find the right fit for my foot. One of the best characteristics that Caleb has is he know his shoes and can tell you the differences in comfort, cushioning and stability of shoes which helped me so much in making a decision.
