Plumbing One got back to me immediately and I was soon in touch with one of the owners -- Jess. Jess was able to schedule an appointment the next day. She cleared out the line quickly in less than an hour with no issues. Fast forward a month later and my line got clogged AGAIN! Stressed and confused -- I immediately contacted Jess and she said she could check out the issue the next day. She discovered some clothes got clogged in the line since the hydro-jet appointment and was able to dig it out. Goodness! Horrible luck on my end but grateful Jess saved the day twice! She is incredibly punctual, kind, and overall just great customer service. Fair prices too. Ultimately I decided on a full replacement system (new pump, back up pump with controller and WiFi monitoring) as the old system was 6+ years old. The first step was turning on the water. Ours is located in a utility closet off the laundry room as we have no basement. The technician could not locate the turn on and kept saying she found most turn on valves in the basement. We have no basement. The technician was promptly out of the house and did not acknowledge me calling after her to ask if there was anything I needed to do. I called the office and received no sympathy or apology for the problem. They need a course in customer service. The earliest they had was 18 days away. Both the owner and individual I spoke with first had no interest in trying to work me in sooner. The owner came across to me as irritated by my call. On top of all this they sent me a bill almost immediately after the technician left. They have also sent me a reminder, but say they have canceled the bill. They were great as AK Irrigation.

I called to ask about it, and instead of putting me in touch with an owner or supervisor the receptionist transferred me to the technician who did the repair. He said they do that because it's easier, it's fine and they will stand behind it for 30 days. Not what i expect for over $400. I won't use them again, and I wish I could add pictures of the " repair".

In order to get a replacement tank, the old one needed to be returned to the place it was purchased, which happened to be Washington Court House. Nicole cheerfully took care of all of the warranty and return work needed. She removed and returned the tank. She had to go to another store to get a replacement, and she did so without missing a beat or her positive attitude. Not once did she roll her eyes, sigh or act like it was an imposition. She easily installed the new tank and I had hot water within the hour. Nicole was so personable and professional.
