Exceptional customer service and technicians. First let me say that ALL technicians wore the shoe covers in my house and took them off and on as they went outside. You'd be surprised at the number of companies that don't. I had 6 total HVAC companies out to my house to fix an AC issue (4 through home warranty and 2 hired myself) and no progress. Billy from All knight was dispatched through the warranty company and diagnosed the problem and Jimmy returned a couple days later to install a new outside unit. Prior to the install-The receptionist called to discuss my options and answered questions that I had and scheduled the service. Jimmy then called to follow up with my questions and discussed the best path. Jimmy called and arrived early. He had the issue (outside unit) installed it in well under 2 hours. Both Billy and Jimmy (FYI- Brothers, Jimmy-owner)are good, down to earth people and wonderful at their craft. I'm from a small town and this type of service is the expectation where I come from. Great people and great company from top to bottom. Billy has also installed an attic fan with flawless work. Highly recommend!! They will be my HVAC company from now on. read more

I very seldom write a bad review because I believe that anyone can have an off day. However, I feel I need to share my story with anyone thinking of calling this company for their furnace needs. We bought a house back in 2012 and were given a home warranty that would last one year. We've renewed this warranty every year and up until last year they would always send out All-Knight when our furnace would act up. Our furnace would act up about every four months. It wouldn't blow out any hot air, it would try to kick on but just couldn't. We would call the home warranty folks, they would send out All-Knight. The tech would go in the basement, hang out for maybe ten minutes and say it was all fixed! It was just a dirty heat sensor. And the furnace would work again.....for about four months. We dealt with All-Knight so often that we were on a first name basis with the receptionist, Brenda. We almost invited her over for Thanksgiving!! After YEARS of dealing with this, our home warranty company finally switched to a different HVAC company. Last fall the furnace wouldn't work as usual, we called like we always did. However, this time they sent out an unfamiliar face, a gentleman who was not from All-Knight. He took one look at our furnace and asked "Who has been messing with this furnace???" As soon as I said All-Knight he recognized the name and said I am not the first customer to throw out that name when having constant furnace issues. I told him that it should only take him a second to fix because it's always the heat sensor according to All-Knight, and he just shook his head. He worked on it for about 30 minutes and it has never broken since. It's been over a year!! I think the evidence is pretty clear that the home warranty company as well as us, were scammed all those years. I would avoid these guys at all costs!! These guys were used to repair my air conditioning and install a new thermostat last September. Everything seemed to be working fine; that is, until the coldest day of the year occurred, and my heat wouldn't work. It was 4am, and my house was quickly getting cold. I was worried about my pipes freezing and the well-being of my daughter, my dog, and myself. I made an emergency call and another company came to repair my furnace. They discovered that my emergency heat wire (white) was never connected by the All Knight tech last year. I contacted All Knight in the morning, and the owner basically told me to beat it. I will absolutely never use this company again! My heat went out around 10pm on a Monday night. I rent from a private owner but wasn't able to get a hold of the landlords so I called All Knight to see if they would even send someone out. I specifically told the dispatcher that I was not the owner, I'm just the renter. She said it was no problem and she'd send the guy out. He got there around 11:30 and looked at the furnace, but said he couldn't find anything wrong. He asked if I had homeowner's insurance and I told him no, I'm just the renter. He said in that case, he needed to leave right then. The next day someone from billing called and said I owed $92 for the service call (the entire time she was on the phone with me she kept talking to someone else in the office which was extremely unprofessional to begin with). I told her the guy never should have been sent in the first place and it wasn't right that I had to pay the entire thing. She agreed and said someone would speak to the dispatcher, but that it still needed to be paid. I again told her that it wasn't a fair business practice because I very willingly told the dispatcher that I wasn't the owner so he never should have been sent. She kind of got smart with me and said, "well he fixed it didn't he?". I told her no, that nothing was fixed, and he left as soon as he found out I'm a renter. So I had absolutely no heat on a night when the temperatures were below freezing and had to pay almost $100 because the dispatcher was totally incompetent. Another company who actually knew what they were doing came out in the morning and fixed the problem. Like I said, I will absolutely never contact this company about any issues I have again. read more

My A/C was not working and house getting very hot in these 90 degree days. I called at 7 p.m. on Saturday and spoke with Jim. He asked if I was home and he came out in an hour. Fixed A/C. Didn't charge me. We have been using this company since we bought our condo 20+ years ago. Always had excellent service and wonderful people. read more

I worked for Jim when he started this company if it wasn't for his peg of a wife and real training I might've stayed there and made a career. These guys are good!! Honest and dependable - they have been in the business for years and provide a good service at a reasonable price. I cannot say enough good things about the experiences I have had with them over the years. Came home from running errands to discover our house at a chilly 60 degrees and the furnace refusing to kick on. Won't use another service after Jimmy helped us. Thermostat issues so we placed an emergency call asking for service ASAP. Jimmy actually called me and attempted to help me via phone to save me a few dollars. We couldn't figure it out and he was over here immediately. What a pleasure. Our furnace stopped working at THE worst time - in February, just as I'm getting to the "baby could come any day now" point in my pregnancy. To say my husband and I were stressed/freaking out would be an understatement. Our home warranty assigned our claim to All-Knight, and we are beyond thrilled that they did. Their office staff was friendly and prompt in setting up our appointment, and the technician was extremely professional and courteous. Unfortunately, our furnace couldn't be fixed during the initial visit since a part was needed. The tech was apologetic and said he couldn't say for sure when he'd be able to come back with the part, but would try his best to rush process our claim. I was disappointed of course, and worried about the dropping temperatures and how we would manage over the next few days. So when we received a call back from All-Knight just a few hours later the same day saying they had the part and would be back shortly, we were thrilled! The technician came back and got right to work, having everything fixed and up and running in just 30 minutes! This company's expert handling of the issue was impressive, and the level of professionalism and customer service they provided to us during an otherwise stressful time was appreciated beyond measure. We were forced to use these guys because ABC Warranty only offered this one service company. They came out 5 different times and couldn't figure out what was wrong with our A/C, replacing something different each time. It finally broke down for good after short periods of not running and we had no air conditioning for 3 days during the hottest period of the year. They replaced every part of the unit finally but left us with an A/C unit leaning and about to fall off its stand with misc wires coming out of the top. read more

I love our heating and cooling company, All-Knight Heating and Cooling. I placed a service call for the AM because I didn't want to make anyone work tonight, and I didn't want to pay extra for evening hours. The owner just called me. He said, "I just saw your request come through on email. I'm right around the corner, and I'm going to come and see if I can get your air fixed for you tonight." The HVAC went down over the July 1st -4th holiday weekend and I initially talked to a tech (John) and he was straight forward and courteous. He advised me to check out a couple of things and gave me his number to call. Since I was under an ABC home warranty I was advised to wait till Monday. On Monday, I called and spoke to Barbara and she called my warranty provider and sent a tech (Bill) out to look at my HVAC system. Paige called me to let me know they were on the way (30 min out) and when the tech arrived he got right on it. I was impressed with the friendliness and courtesy extended by the tech (Bill). He was knowledgeable (30 yrs experience / family business) and was able to fix the problem, clean the coils and make everyone happy in what was not a long time. All Knight H&C is a family owned operated business and I would highly recommend them to anyone. Great equipment, knowledgeable staff and great service. read more
