I don't know how to describe it except to say: it's a casino. Plot twist: it's not two levels. It's three. Like a casino lasagna. Every floor is more machines, more blinking lights, and more moments of "wait... where am I?" Yes, you use coins--as it should be. None of this "unlimited play" nonsense. You put in $20, get a pile of coins, and suddenly every game feels meaningful. Even the 80s games cost coins, which honestly just adds to the thrill. Did I expect nostalgia to be free? This was fantastic and I noticed right away that they had no sticks or prongs or things to hit the bear with, just ice cream! The bears are adorable and they will not make a bear do what it doesn't want to do so sometimes the show will not be the same. I really appreciate this. The pricing for everything was decent, the train ride was about 20 minutes and I enjoyed it. The food was okay (normal theme park food). The course is in great shape, and there are some fun and unique hole designs (and most holes provide an opportunity to get a hole-in-one, which is a major factor in making miniature golf more fun, in my opinion). The only two suggestions I would offer is adding more umbrellas/shade for guests who play during the day and add more fun themed obstacles to the holes themselves, rather than just having visual themed objects outside of the putting areas. In my quest to find the best mini-golf course in America (ME is the 29th state I've mini-golfed in), I would give this course an A-. Definitely would come here again if I find myself in Maine!

It's not as fancy or extravagant as the minigolf places in some more touristy-towns, but this is a very clean, very well-maintained course. The holes have some variation in style and challenges to overcome, but not insanely impossible like some other courses. All the holes were par 2 or 3 and very achievable, but not just a flat strip of green leading straight to the hole. I thought it was well designed and laid out. Minor point - the score cards do not have the par already printed on them, so we kept going to write down our score at the end of each hole and saying, "wait... was this a par 2 or a par 3?" Would be nice if they printed the par on the score card. I would just make a point to write it down on the card as you start each hole. The prices are very reasonable. $7.50 per person for the first round and $5.50 if you want to go again. I'm glad we found Paradise Falls Mini Golf, and I look forward to going back.

The bowling isn't necessarily candle pin. It seemed more like skee ball with bowling pins. So the lanes are small which is hard to see from pictures. $25 for 30 minutes of bowling which our kids really loved. The owner seemed very accommodating and a said he would be expanding indoors next year.
