I then had to fill out a long intake form which I wish I could have done online. They handed me an iPad with no base or stand so I was just holding it and typing. I hurriedly finished the intake which is the longest massage intake form I've ever filled out. There was a very awkward introduction to my massage therapist. The whole check in experience felt like it was everyone's first day. The room where the massages are done are shared, similar to a foot massage place. They had an ocean sound playing, but it was so loud that I couldn't hear my therapist when he asked me questions. I could occasionally hear other people talking which snaps you out of the relaxation zone. The actual massage was good. I got The Now, 50 min with added deep tissue. The total with tip was around $185. At that price, I'd rather pay a little more and go to a place that has more amenities and feels more like an experience. When left, they gave me the breakdown of the membership which feels like a timeshare pitch. If you're not a member you're basically overpaying. Even at the member price I don't know if it's worth it. Parking is free with validation, so that was nice.
