We asked her to ask since the Fair Housing in NY protects people with disabilities. She was very rude and said "if it comes down to you guys and someone else without a dog ... we are going to pick the other people!" She said this on a call with three other people listening into. I don't understand these other reviews, except to say that they must be by people who have a grudge. How can someone who lives in Florida live in building NYC? I looked up 710 and it is a co-op, so the management company is not who you would call. You would talk to the super first. They have always been very responsive to calls. The daily management of a building is left the supers of all co-ops, with the co-op boards making guided decisions about the funds and making other decisions about facilities. Maintenance of most buildings is usually managed buy the superintendents, and ours have always been great. We have had mostly incremental assessments over the time I have lived in the building, with the big ones to be expected of a pre-war building. A friend who is a real estate broker said that he is relieved when a building is managed by Blue Woods because he knows that the sale will go smoothly. While I have mostly dealt with the founder, our building is managed by Steve Wilson, and remains one of the best managed buildings in the neighborhood.
