Watching the growth here at Metro Center has been amazing. It's a great asset have the condos, library, garage, hotel, restaurants, activities, and outdoor events here. Transit onsite is really convenient (subway and bus). So much to do and so many great boutique shops and restaurants. We were going to check out the new restaurant in the area, The Tillery! There are a bunch of other places as well. There's a place called Eggspectation with a huge menu. An awesome New York style pizza shop with a fresh make your own salad option. Indian cuisine, seafood restaurant, nail salon, barber shop, hair salons, Club Pilates, Boxing spot, boutique clothing stores, pharmacy, library and even a Starbucks! World of Beer also lives here... and more stores! Absolutely worth a visit. You won't be disappointed.

I used to visit Cross Keys for Williams Sonoma, but now Cross Keys has so much more: Always Ice Cream, Cece's of Roland Park (which has a great outdoor bar/dining area), Easy Like Sunday, Kneads Bakery, Luna Oaxaca, and more. And more shops and restaurants are opening all the time (a Framebridge shop is coming soon and Pilates House and Nine Tailed Fox, a new concept by Atlas, will be opening soon). I like some of these spots more than others, but the great thing about Cross Keys is that it has so many options. And...tons of parking! It's been fancied up and it has a lot to offer. Visit, wander around, check out some of the shops, and get a bite to eat at one of the many restaurants at the shopping center.

I thought the location was really sketch and it had gone downhill since I've been here but the people in here are so nice/heartwarming and have hearts of gold. I had too much stuff and my young kid wouldnt go down the escalator without me so this lady who happen to be nearby matter of factly took his hand and rode him down the escalator and wouldnt accept a word of thanks. I read that they are going to develop this thing into a community center hub. GOOD. This neighborhood deserves it.

I even felt like I could "mall walk" for exercise here because it's the perfect length from one end to the other for "mall walking". I'm not going to lie though, I thought this mall was going to be gheeeettto because of everything I've heard and because it's in Baltimore; while the people, for the most part are nice, the city is a big ghetto. My apologies if I offended anyone but it's true. They have nice parts but the urban areas which is most of the city are depressing to look at. If you get there early enough you can grab a bite to eat and use the restaurant seating. There's an area in front of the stage for dancing and believe me it's used. It's so much fun being with your family and friends enjoying good music. The vibes are electric! This is a non smoking and alcohol event. There are 2 more concerts left and then I will feel like my summer is coming to an end:(

They now have a Rock& Toss crab house, Sake Japanese steakhouse, Cava, and Nalley Fresh. A Mama's on the Halfshell is coming soon. I came on this occasion to enjoy the live music with my family. It so nice to have a free outdoor activity to entertain everyone. I had a great time. On this occasion I got some Missikn BBQ. I enjoyed out in the little avenue area they have roped off. They no longer allow and consumption of alcoholic outside so you will have to enjoy that at one of the few locations nearby before coming out to see the music. Smoking is not allowed but there are always a few violators. I saw plenty of security monitoring the area and they will remind people this is an alcohol and smoke free event. I had a great time and will come back as long as the weather cooperates.

I have always heard of Tysons Corner, the good and the bad. I just never really had a reason or the…read moretime to come out this way to visit this shopping center. However, on a recent trip coming back home, I made my way here to kill some time as I had the day off from work. First things first, what a nightmare to find a parking spot and to not get run over by traversing the parking area. I thought I had gone the wrong way at one point to find a spot. And when I did find a spot I was confused and thought I had to pay to park. I wish it were just easily marked on where to go here. Once parked, I found my way inside and just meandered around the space. Popping in an out of stores as I saw appealing. They really do have a ton of selections here. Huge amount of time can be lost here if you are on a time crunch. I was in no rush, so I wandered around until I had my fill of the space. My suggestion to you. Come early in the morning, you will definitely be able to get in and out of each store you need to with ample time. Less hassle in the parking lot. And less hassle walking between stores. Or, if you are up for it, travel here by Metro.

It's ever changing as many stores have come and gone. Nevertheless, this is my favorite mall to visit when we make our annual trip to DC. Tysons Corner is located in Tysons, Virginia. The parking structure is very busy and somewhat chaotic. It doesn't have the best layout and there's a lot of confusion as people maneuver through the structure. We bypass this situation by parking on the upper level. Tysons Corner is an incredibly busy mall that never seems to be empty, regardless of the time of day that you visit. This is a three story indoor shopping mall that caters to customers who want to spend serious money. They have your typical stores like Old Navy and Journeys. But then, you'll find Cartier, Louis Vuitton, and Rolex. So, there's something for everyone! Their food court section on the top level near the movie theater has seen better days. It's outdated and hidden away from the rest of the mall. All of the other eateries on the 1st and 2nd levels are pretty nice. They have restaurants like Seasons 52 and Cheesecake Factory that you'd typically find at many of the larger malls. They also have some pop up eateries in the center of the shopping center. I love coming to Tysons Corner. I am still bummed about LL Bean leaving this mall. but I still love this mall. Some stores have moved to different locations within the mall, so make sure that you check the updated directory. The best times to visit Tysons Corner are either early in the morning or about an hour before closing. If you want to get some shopping done while in the area, Tysons Corner is the place for you!

Some of the buildings of the original Eastpoint Shopping Center (which it was in the 1950s) were repurposed into other retail over the years but they may someday be demolished. JCPenney seems to be the only store worth shopping, even though there is one at White Marsh Mall miles away.
