We had a Prickly Pear lemonade and a Three Sisters-which is pinto beans, diced zucchini and corn and . Three Sisters is a dish that the Apache have grown and eaten for ages in this area. They were both amazing! Everyone loved both the lemonade, which was a balance of tart and sweet (and the prettiest pink!) and the Three Sisters. I would be happy to stop back at the Arrowhead Cafe when I return to Fort Apache Historical Park. Service was excellent. The chef was so friendly and explained the Three Sisters. He even said he cooked it at home as a cool salad with fresh diced tomatoes. The only negative was that we wished they had more traditional foods on the menu. The two that we got were worth the stop, though. I recommend trying it!

It's just not the same anymore, no mugs.which is a huge downer. Still, though, it's got that really cool, old-school vibe; you feel like you've stepped back in time when you walk in. It is a great experience overall, even if the beer isn't quite as frosty and delish as it used to be! The food was good onion rings nice and crispy. I just can't say I will go out of my way going to and from one cabin to stop anymore with out the super frosty ice cold frosty beer. I am gonna go cry now
