The staff are so friendly and helpful and the grounds beautifully maintained and idyllic. I have wanted to take a sleigh ride for years and it was worth the wait. The only thing that could have made it better is if the ride was a bit longer. I didn't want it to end.

My husband and I did the winter romance seat, where we got the back seat of the sleigh, and it came with a bottle of champagne or sparkling cider. The ride was beautiful, with all of the trees lit up. After we sat by one of the three fire pits. What a beautiful property and everyone was so kind!

Thanks to Chip for our sleigh ride!

Booked a private one horse open sleigh for my girlfriend and I as we stayed in North Conway for her birthday weekend. Nestlenook Farm, we came at night, what a beautiful place. All lit up, staff was friendly. Sleigh ride was a good time, we'll come back in the future to try the ice skating because the lake is huge and it looks like a ton of fun.

Magical place ...loved Beth and her wonderful Crew from warm awesome hot Chocolate . To surprising my hubby with a private carriage ride with Matt & Chocolate the horse. So I lost my glasses kissing Chocolate ,went back to search for them with No Luck. We witnessed the Most amazing scene of the beautiful horses running over the lit bridge to their stables for Bed...I still see there gorgeous silhouettes

Do not ignore the urging to bring your own blanket because you're definitely going to need one for this sleigh ride. It was so beautiful to see all the lights and the most perfect Santa who was tending a very nice warm fire. Although we came last minute on Christmas Eve, the staff was as accommodating as they could be (reservations are absolutely recommended) and according to my husband, they also serve the best hot chocolate!! The only thing that could've made it better was if Mother Nature had frozen the pond so we could ice skate.

Wow, wow, wow! What a magical, amazing, wonderful experience. My husband and I came here on Valentine's Day with our 19 year-old nephew and 11 year-old niece and we all had such a memorable time. We booked a 1pm sleigh ride ($95), 5 minutes in my niece said, "I feel like I'm in a Hallmark movie!" She wasn't wrong. That's how this place feels. After our sleigh ride we had a snowball fight, just because. Afterwards we checked in to the front desk to add-on ice skating and snowshoeing ($98). Ice skating was fun. Some of us had done it before but my husband and nephew never had so what an experience to do it in an outdoor pond. We enjoyed the large warming hut with the fire stove, my only suggestion would be benches around the pond for families to take a break, leave their belongings, or just keep an eye on their kids. After ice skating we picked up our snowshoeing which ended up being a quick and simple to learn activity. After strapping on our snowshoes we were hiking along the trail enjoying the sights. To round out our day at Nestlenook we helped ourselves to complimentary hot cocoa (super yummy) and purchased a s'mores bag ($10) complete with graham crackers, marshmallows, and Hershey bars as well as long sticks to use for roasting the marshmallows. I highly recommend Nestlenook Farm and know we made memories to last a lifetime. The staff was quite pleasant as well.

Nestlenook farm has awesome views! Breathtaking views of the white mountains!! the grounds are tired and definitely in need of some TLC. The rooms are very oversized and have the basic necessities! the staff is helpful with regard to local restaurants and activities! On my visit, 2-nite stay, we had no water on 4 occasions and ran out of hot water twice! The outdoor pool and hot tub were not in commission! If you are looking for a quite getaway in the white mountains with no fluff, then this is your place! I was a bit disappointed with the overall appearance of the grounds and the tired "feel" of the resort as a whole! I would not go there again... for the cost of the room, I expected a little bit more!

Was looking forward to sitting in the jacuzzi in our "penthouse" the whole weekend. Well I decided, because of horror stories of Jacuzzis in hotels, that I was going to run a bottle of bleach with warm water through it when I got there. The jacuzzi was nasty the amount of dead skin and black mold that came out just from that was disgusting. The office sent housekeeping up to the room to clean the jacuzzi. And took half off our first night since we couldn't use it. We'll I decided to pull off the jets and look to see if they cleaned. Nope. I took a toothbrush and bleach and scrubbed every single jet. This is my vacation. I have worked my ass off this summer and paid alot of money to literally scrub a jacuzzi to use ONE time! Will NEVER go back and will NEVER recommend to anyone. I came here with my Husband before we had kids and was expecting myself to have to eat in the room to keep my feral kids out of the way of the guests, but that could not have been further from the truth! Stayed at the Omni with my three kids, 5 and under, and in laws for a few nights and had an incredible experience. As soon as we arrived, everyone was incredibly friendly. Nick gave our kids a very warm welcome and handed them all super nice kids welcome bags. He was also the last person we saw when we left and he did a great job, super friendly! The resort has plenty of outdoor areas for the kids to run around and get some energy out. The indoor pool was perfect for kids. Only went up to 4 ft and there was a 1.5 ft wading area for the babies. There is a toy store on site in case you want to get the kids something. Of course the arcade was a huge hit for our kids. All of our meals were wonderful. We had the best servers. Elena, Peter, Dilek were awesome. Elena made us feel so special and treated me and my mother in law so well! Adam was super helpful and always hustlin around the covered porch area. After the kids were asleep we were able to sneak out to the Conservatory bar (beautiful views of the mountains) and Ben made delicious drinks. Overall we loved it, highly recommend for families, and we will definitely be back. Thank you Omni team!

The outside when weather is this nice is really good, ample porch seating and exterior reception areas. The food imo is ok. The first meal was a "simple" BLT with really soft and kind of fatty bacon. The soda was also flat. Summer staff return and gearing for the season might lend to this. The exterior temps were hot one day and the lobbies and hallways were just plain hot, too. My room AC ran nonstop and failed to break 74 in the room. The suite was nice if not outdated a bit with carpeted floors that likely met the style of an old hotel but felt old. The Cave bar is a must. Omni is showing signs of reparation on this hotel which shows the grandeur of its day, great molding and architectural accents, but also fighting termite damage, actual termites and bees, one of us was stung in the dining room, inside. The staff is seasonal, with that some younger folks learning the system and very friendly while others, like bellhops seeming disinterested. It's wrapped as looking luxury but with practical gaps in execution.

Cranmore delivered just that and more. I also enjoyed the length and variety of their many trails I could traverse. Was happy to have more options than just a quick up and down in a straight line over a full day of skiing. Their main lift was quick and skiers were able to load efficiently. Lots to look at on the way up. The day of my last visit there were several ski competitions going on just next to the lift so it was fun to watch people competing and see spectators make the trek up to watch as well. Ski patrol were out and about and lots of staff available to check in with as needed. The lodge itself had everything I needed... free cubbies to store your stuff, bench seating to change into your boots, adequate table space both up and downstairs to grab a bite to eat, indoor and outdoor gas fireplaces to huddle by, a bar and hot foods, and best of all... a bathroom at the same level as where you can ski up to so no having to navigate stairs in clunky footwear. Drop off area for skis, quick in and out to purchase tickets, simple walk over to a very large parking area. I can't wait to return when the opportunity arises!

We were recently here for four nights and overall, a great stay! There's lots to like about this…read moreplace. I'll start with the highlights. First, everything is beautiful (and new). Whoever designed this, I'd like to come redo my apartment. From the entrance, to the rooms, to the spa area everything was gorgeous and you can tell a lot of care and detail went into designing it. Second, the staff members are all amazing. Valet especially but also in the restaurant, at the front desk as well as the spa...a super great team. We had a balcony room and that was gorgeous...I loved all the arts and craft design themes in the woodwork, the view was gorgeous and the room was comfortable overall. The fireplace was beautiful but in July, not much need for it. Would definitely be cozy in the winter. The pool area is very nice and it's a great idea to have two hot tubs. We loved going down at night to enjoy a soak. There's also a firepit by the hot tubs. The beach area is nice and there is equipment you can use (paddleboards, kayaks). Meals were good as well. We enjoyed just about everything we had. The only meal that was just okay was steak frites one night. The steak was very bland, the portion was tiny and it was more expensive than what I pay in Manhattan but I would say the desserts more than made up for it. We had a strawberry rhubarb mousse and a Dubai chocolate cheesecake and both were phenomenal. This is a newish place, I think just under a year old so there may be some opportunity for continued enhancement. They seemed a bit understaffed, especially in the restaurant and that led to some longer wait times and the wait staff having to wear multiple hats to serve, take orders, bus and refill water. I liked the shower but it would be great to have an option other than just the rainfall showerhead. A handheld shower head or an angled showerhead coming out of the wall would be helpful. Definitely there is a need for an outdoor shower or at least a spigot by the pool so people can rinse off the sand from the beach. Everyone who came from the beach just rinsed off feet, toys, etc. in the pool which made it look a bit dirty. A sparkling clean pool is much more inviting and the signs when you come into the pool area even say you need to be rinsed off to use the pool but there's nothing available to help with that. One of the workers said that had been a request from many guests. I'd be interested to understand how this place wants to be positioned. On the website, it seems to be pitched as a serene, relaxing location and it seems targeted towards adults, which was just what I was looking for...a calm, relaxing getaway. But when we were there, it seemed more like it was targeted as a family resort. That's fine but there was absolutely no relaxing by the pool during the day as it was taken over by kids who were having fun and being loud...but that's expected by kids at a pool. All the kids were very well-behaved and their parents were attentive. Don't get me wrong, I'm not complaining about kids, but it would be good to be clear what the vibe is. For example, I wouldn't go to Great Wolf Lodge and expect it to be peaceful. It's just important to know what you're getting so expectations are aligned appropriately. My goal was a peaceful, relaxing stay and though I enjoyed being here, it was neither peaceful nor relaxing (except for the 90 minutes I was at the spa). This review got longer than I anticipated. I'll wrap it up by saying this is a gorgeous place to stay, I'm just not sure who the target audience is.

But we found that they're justified to charge it! We didn't book until about a month already of time, for the Saturday of Father's Day weekend. Mani/pedi weren't available due to a wedding party having booked the salon services. So all I booked for us was a regular massage for me and a salt massage for her. Each was well over $200., plus tax and gratuities, but what they offer is amazing. We arrived 90 minutes earlier than our appointment time and were escorted into the locker room and through the premises. We'd brought bathing suits and changed in the well-appointed locker room and locked our belongings in lockers. Took advantage of the hot tub, the beautiful lounges with infused waters and an assortment of high end teas, sat in the sauna...the grounds are exquisite, the parking lot spacious. But the amenities that come with the services (massage, facial) are: robe and slippers, towels, individually wrapped brush, comb, shampoo/conditioner/shower wash/hair elastic, body lotion...not sure if I inadvertently omitted something? We'd have stayed the afternoon except we were hungry. So we showered, dressed, checked out and went to Laconia NH just up the road. It was a morning of pure luxury and our massages were superb, very professional masseuses. A splurge, yes, but at least we feel that they give you your money's worth.
