They stated rust and metal on metal in the rear. I checked myself, rear pads needed replacement, the fronts weren't even close. All rotors were fine had some minor surface rust near the hub. I can only assume they believed I am not able to know the difference. This is after I had some service not too many miles ago in which the pads should have been caught. Shouldn't you be able to trust the local dealership you purchased your car at?

VA when I suddenly remembered that on my way home from Manchester NH the night before, I had suddenly lost my low-beams (actually, one had failed a couple of nights prior). So I pulled into the Honda place in WRJ, unannounced. Darci in the service dept could not have been more helpful and sympathetic. While I relaxed in the lounge, Steve walked by -- he's the dealership manager, but he remembered selling me my car back when he was on the sales floor at the old location, as well as my son buying a used car last year. My car was ready in about an hour (washed, too). As dealership services do these days, they had checked it over and suggested a couple of things that would need attention soon; however, Darci wad not pushy about this when I said I would see my regular, local mechanic about those. She gave me a printout to share with my mechanic. This experience wasn't cheap, but it was worth more than every penny.

VT (we live in Essex, VT). She had the TPMS sensor go off within 20 miles of returning home. Additionally, the high beams didn't work nor did the left turn signal indicator. The vehicle had a new VT state inspection sticker on it and has now been serviced at Key in South Burlington as well as Heritage Ford twice. The problems are yet to be resolved. All this over a couple parts that cost a few hundred dollars. This is one of 4 vehicles we use for our business and you can bet that Heritage Ford and Key will not see any further vehicle sales from us again. The lack of customer service is terrible and the excuses as well as delays are endless. As a business owner myself I would NEVER put a customer through this much. The vehicle has spend more time as service repair locations than with us! I highly recommend looking elsewhere for your next vehicle and avoiding repairs at either of these dealerships at all costs. We hope to avoid arbitration, but that's looking unlikely at this point. Sam Smith

Some of the good for starters: Service Advisors are friendly…read moreand helpful. The facility is nice - good waiting area and you can have a cup of coffee or grab a bottle of water. When pushed, they'll stick to the original quote and honor the price that they've quoted. That's where the good in the service area ends, though. They will try to upsell you on unnecessary services or make things sound worse than they are. For example, on my 2008 Honda Ridgeline where new brakes were put on less than 5000 miles ago, they wanted me to put on new rotors (again). Similarly, the radiator was flushed at that time I did the brakes but, UV Honda recommended having the service performed again as the service wasn't completed at their dealership. There were other items on the list of To Dos that came from the technician that, later, the service advisor said were not truly necessary. If I was less educated about vehicles, I might have gone for what they offered - which came to more than $1500 worth of work. I happen to be the son of a mechanic. I tried contacting the Service Manager who was unrelenting about the additional services. So, I took my truck to an independent mechanic - this same afternoon where I had the car at UV Honda. While technically they may have been on point with a few items, the mechanic said that it comes down to the reasonableness and urgency of what needs to be done. UV Honda made it sound like it was all urgent. There was pressure to spend money that was likely unnecessary at the time. Even their advisor, though, as I checked out said that it wasn't all necessary. I was also approached by their used vehicle manager - who offered me an insulting value for the vehicle. Really, nearly $10k less than what folks online are asking. Again, this seems and felt predatory. To boot they have a 3% credit card charge. I used my debit card, which avoids the 3%. It's annoying, though, that they charge that. They need to get their processing in order at their bank imho. So, yes, it's a dealer. Yes they service Honda's. They use Honda parts. My opinion, though, is to AVOID Upper Valley Honda, though. There are many qualified local mechanics in the region.

I got a great vehicle for a great price and the time between my initial visit and when I drove the vehicle off the lot was minimal. I basically purchased my vehicle on a hand-held device!

Lebanon Ford recently REFUSED to perform service on My BRAND NEW 2024 F250 with only 900 miles…read more This Truck has a service bulletin from FORD instructing Dealers to replace the "Dummy HUB" on the passenger front a Functional Hub.. and to add vacuum lines if needed. I spoke with Service Advisor Chad.. then his supervisor Kyle requesting to schedule an appointment to have this work completed..as directed by the FORD TSB. Both Chad and Kyle basically told me to go pound sand and to get lost - they blatantly refused honor the TSB from Ford and complete the work.... I own 5 Fords.. and NEVER will I take one to this low class outfit again. The other local Ford Dealer completed the work.. NO PROBLEMS. STAY AWAY FROM LEBANON FORD!!!
