Don't deal with sales jerks and bullies unless you have to. There are other Honda dealerships…read morearound within driving distance. Shop around. I didn't deal with them as much as I could because their prices weren't as competitive. I get it you need to chat with the manager to see where your margin is but what they offered was $4,000 more than other dealerships. After I told Ben I found a better deal he asked for a proof. I simply ignored. Next day got a message they can match any other dealer to keep it local without a proof. Duh. Not wasting my time. Got much better deal in another dealership with nicer salesmen. They were trying to use on me their sales tactics like bully finance manager vs nice sales person. Nah. I don't need it.

The dealership is not qualified to sell Audis for the reason every question regarding the car the salesperson had to google the answer. Once the cash changed hands the salesperson failed to return any calls regarding the dealership obtaining a part to allow the placement of the front license (NY). Monies were given to the dealer to register the car in NY. At the end of the registration period they informed me they could not register the car and sent back the taxes and other fees. After being told i would receive all the fees I was short changed $100.00 the amount the agent withheld for starting the registration process which they were unable to complete. So besides poor service there was the theft of $100.00.

They broke my door on my driver side when that wasn't even in the same area as the thing they were fixing. Instead of admitting wrong, or even trying to upsell a new blower motor they just put it back together broken and gave it to me. I've noticed a lot of people in reviews saying their service department sucks, that's a major understatement. Unsure what's going on with this service department but I'm taking my fleet of 10 Toyotas elsewhere to get worked on. Will not be returning. Below I showed videos of the ac leaking, the motor bearing whining, and the door they somehow broke. For reference. BEWARE!!!!!!!

On the day of the appointment, my car wasn't fully serviced when I picked it up. I still don't know why many of the requested services were skipped--I was only given a final sheet listing a few completed items. Was the shop busy that day? Do you usually assume that customers want to pay as little as possible? Or did someone just decide by appearance that I wouldn't be able to afford the full service? (I'm a proud Native American, by the way.) Or were some of those services considered unnecessary at the time? Overall--I'm still gonna wonder, why? I didn't report or argue about it at the office afterward. I was on medical leave at the time and dealing with a lot of pain, so I didn't have the energy to handle the inconvenience on top of everything else. Despite this, the shop still did a good job--my car drives noticeably smoother after this partially disappointing service. (I can only imagine how great it could have been if the full maintenance had been completed.) I've been loyal to Toyota for a long time in my homeCountry, but honestly, this first maintenance experience has completely ruined my US-Toyota impression. It added up to my very first experience with this same branch, where I waited months to receive the spare key included in my car purchase. No one contacted me for months, and when I finally reached out, the office said they had simply "forgotten" to cut it.
