She created a calming, safe and positive space to practice yoga and was helpful with adaptations and explaining reasoning for various poses. A new ownership team runs the studio and they are making the most of what is a very nice yoga space. The main studio, which is a light spacious room is really a great place to practice yoga with mirrors, ceiling fans, and infrared heaters. The teachers are all highly experienced. Rhema is who a owner, teaches a Sunday morning flow class which I've enjoyed attending. Her teaching style is encouraging and she relates to a wide range of students abilities. Ruth Y teaches a combination classes, vin to yin that works real good for me at the end of my work day. David, also and owner teaches a vinyasa class which has a Yoga Boot Camp feel to it. Demanding but enjoyable. Parking in front of the studio is really quite easy. They have functional bathrooms and changing area and adequate props for students. They also use an online booking system which is useful because occasionally they've canceled classes for various reasons, Although I've not attended them, they've had some other events at the school that look fun. They had a Halloween party and even a latin and dance night recently. Pricing for the studio is competitive and teachers experienced and well-trained definitely worth trying out to see where you fit in to their program.
