My husband and are recently retired and took on the responsibility of raising a Weimaraner pup. We lost our female that we had in our family for 12 years and I thought I had one more puppy raising in me. I really wanted to get this right and have a pup that grew into a well behaved adult dog. Terry with WhiteHeart K9 was referred to me by a friend who had wonderful results with the training of his 5 dogs. My dog Zoey is a 5 year old female mini schnauzer rescue that has fear aggression. I couldn't take her around other dogs or children without her lunging, barking and trying to bite them. Terry came over for an initial evaluation and said he could help. My wife and I contacted Terry at WhiteHeart Canine to help with our 8 year old English Springer Spaniel, Luke. Luke has had an issue with being extremely aggressive towards other dogs, to the point where my children won't dare bring their dogs for a visit for fear that he will bite them. Terry worked with Luke intensively for approximately 11 days and he made great progress training our dog to be more tolerant of other dogs. We now have him on the correct path to tolerance and hopefully, playful interaction with other dogs. He still has a ways to go but Terry gave us a great foundation and beginning to see our dog get along with others. Ultimately, as owners, we realize that continued reinforcement of these learned behaviors falls on us and should be expected with any training for any owner. Just got my four year old German Shepherd, Shasta, back from a week of re-training with Terry. She had forgotten her good manners when heeling. {I must admit, I was the culprit in letting her get away with disobeying.} And she was more interested in looking for rabbits along are way, and pulling ahead on the leash, and just, in general, taking ME for the walk, than staying by my side. Well, I am 76 years old, and I decided I would invest in her re-training rather than to chance a fall, and (or), a break of MY bones. God bless Terry! We got a new puppy(lab/pit mix) and took him out to a restaurant. There we met a man who recommended we look up Terry for dog training because he has also used him and was blown away by the quick results. 5 weeks later and Ryder is so well behaved and obedient and still has his puppy personality. He can sit, stay, heel, go to his place, and walk perfectly on and off leash. Terry was great with Ryder and great with us to give us all the tools we needed to do our homework to have a trained dog. You need to read this first. If you love your dog run now this guy is a dog abuser.Why is this dog murderer!!!! criminal!!!! poor excuse of a human being still in business???? Lock him up!!!! call the news, law-enforcement and get them involved. Search his property make sure he doesn't have any more bodies of dogs being burnt decomposed- what a sicko! He had my dog and it was the biggest nightmare I ever went through. He needs to be locked up for starving and causing severe wounds on my dogs body. Terry was instrumental in getting our puppy under control!! We have a very strong willed poodle terrier mix that likes to think he is the boss. Terry showed us a technique that has helped so much! This trainer is by far the best trainer I have ever dealt with! Terry is very helpful and knowledgeable! He only had my dog for two weeks and the changes are astronomical. My dog had aggressive tendencies, but came home not aggressive. My dog was not very good with kids so we had the neighbors come out to see how he would do. Absolutely no issues what so ever! Also, while my dog was at training I received updates with pictures and videos showing me what and how my dog was doing.
