She enjoys Khloe's gentle nature and we like how she cares for her. While I was there, I watched several large breeds being trimmed and was surprised how chill they were. Great training was done with these Dogs. Another came in Heavily matted and looked like another dog by the time we left. The Pet groomers here are friendly, show care for your pets which is why we schedule Marissa faithfully. Best care for your furry kids my Friends-SYOY!

Based on that, there was absolutely no reason for my dog to be shaved down this drastically. Not only did they take her extremely short, but they went even shorter than expected without calling to confirm or getting approval--which is completely unacceptable. My mom dropped off the dogs for me, and when I saw the result, I honestly felt horrible. This is not just a "short cut"--it's uneven, way too close to the skin, and not at all what was discussed. If a groomer believes they need to go significantly shorter than planned, the bare minimum is to call the owner and explain the situation before proceeding. I paid $100 for this haircut and feel like my dog was butchered. Grooming requires communication, care, and professionalism, and this experience lacked all three. I took her home because I couldn't leave her there in that condition. Since then, I've spent over $2,000 on veterinary care trying to treat: * multiple parasites * a possible virus * and severe long-term health complications she will likely never fully recover from This was not a one-time issue. This store keeps their animals in improper conditions with little to no enrichment and poor husbandry practices. I even asked an employee directly about their care standards, and they admitted they keep reptiles on reptile carpet -- something that is widely known in the reptile community to be unsafe due to: * bacteria buildup * risk of nail/toe injury * unsanitary conditions There was no concern, no accountability, and no effort to improve. Please do your research before supporting this business. No animal deserves to suffer due to neglect like this.

I was warned I should call and reserve a spot in the groom shop but, there was no one in it at the moment so I was allowed ro use it. Its only a single dog area. They have 2 types of shampoo and a conditioner. The tub is nice and deep with a walk up ramp. There was a slicker brush to use. The water was warm and the pressure was variable and awesome. They do not offer towels, so you might bring your own. They do have a high volume blow dryer though. Its been a day now and my girls coat is very dry and her itching is worse and now she has dandruff. She is my service dog and I cant have her looking dirty, so handled it here. Ahes feeling and looking more comfortable. We are not used to the super dry weather. Today was treat Thursday and they had a discount on the treats I picked out for my girl and my brothers dog. Kelley and Jeff were very friendly and helpful. If I was local, I'd come back.

The bag was well made and…read moreliterally changed my life as I've been fearless in using the bag to take my small pup into places I wouldn't have been able to do normally. The bag, made by Argo, is super quality, a discreet design and, looks like a small gym bag. I do a lot of traveling and the bag is also airline approved. Two months into the constant use of the bag, the corner of the bag (where the strap meets the sturdy screen) that stress point began to unravel. The bag is such good quality that I knew it was only a hiccup with my bag. In May, I took the bag back to Shari sharing my concern. Sheri and her husband were both extremely responsive and promised to follow-up with the vendor that Monday. As promised, Shari contacted the vendor, the vendor supported the request to exchange the bag and all arrangements were agreed to within days. I picked up the replacement bag from Shari the following Saturday at her booth. Great service, top-notch quality products, great people! I'm a customer forever. A BIG thank you and 5 STARS!

On our first visit, I got Great recommendations from a gentleman, who Lso had a shepherd. He gave us some good pointers and recommendations. We bought two Kahoots brand foods, but our girl, didnt want the beef. We got some free sample of each, so we knew she was not going to eat it. While I misplaced the receipt, the store let me do an even exchange. On that return visit, the girl up front played with our newly adopted dog, gave her some treats, and then gave us a sample of all the other flavors. This was critical since our girl would not eat most of the flavors. She loved the Beef and Liver and even the chicken, but I could have been out lots of money trying to experiment. Those samples were critical to finding the best food, to which she now gets a medley mixture, of tasty food. We also love the beef lungs and various beef sticks, as those are her favorite treats. Our girl loves visiting the store, stopping by to check out the baby chick's, and getting lots of love from the employees. I just left the store again and it's always awesome finding exactly what I want, at a good price, and getting awesome service. To my surprise, I also got some food and a light for my chameleon. Reptiles too? Awesome!! If you haven't been here before, load those fur babies up, and go have fun checking out the store!!​​

Before entering the department I stood outside and watched a grooming in progress. No other facility has the option to actually watch a grooming. The facility was clean. The manager spent time explaining services, looking at my dog's coat and skin before giving me a recommendation. I booked an appointment with Sydney. I can't say enough how impressed and pleased I am! My boy looked fabulous after his spa day; clean, shiny and absolutely no shedding! The fee was extremely reasonable.
