My car came out soaking wet (i guess they are understaffed?) with bugs still all over my bumper and windshield. The worst part is that the deluxe wash includes undercarriage wash, but when I checked when I got home, there was still dust and mud - obviously no water had touched the bottom of the car. I gave one extra star for the employee who pre-rinsed the car. He was friendly and did a fast job. Really disappointed with this car wash, and it was definitely a waste of money.

Facebook review: Attended the Altus,Ok grand opening! Staff was friendly and my car looks awesome. I can't wait to go back. We travel a lot between Dallas and Altus and I can't stand bug splatters. I tried the 3rd tier wash and it got all that gross stuff off! I will have to make this my ritual when I return from my road trips. Can't beat the prices!
