It worked beautifully, because everyone at the company does high quality work, and the Arganbrights have great integrity and years of experience. They write very detailed construction proposals, with each element priced out, so there are no hidden costs or surprises. (Their prices are more than fair, by the way.) They sent photos and kept in regular phone and email contact, so we completely felt in the loop while work was being done. The Iowa-made WoodHarbor cabinets they feature are high quality, and the Arganbrights have good relationships with suppliers such as Cambria (quartz countertops) that result in savings to the homeowner. When we arrived from CA, the house was very thoroughly cleaned, all appliances checked and it was ready for move in. We recommend WoodHarbor highly. ProSource continues to make their own demands on how corrections should be done. And I've been…read moreasked why I'm not ok with their last email. Think about these things: - the install was purposefully done incorrectly. At no point were any of the egregious concerns ProSource now remains fixated on even worthy of mention to me. Not a single one!!! - the prior install took 3 months. I'm supposed to allow them to rip apart a home that I'm trying to sell and then do what exactly with two floors worth of furniture and belongings? How can people even walk through a home with the floor (and subfloor) in total disarray? How can they even enter the 2nd floor when the supposed structural issue is right at the top of the stairs? Answer: they don't. - this isn't a favor to me. I asked for the simplest resolution: just return my money. ProSource, who again did all of this wrong from the get go, now has impossibly high standards that I should bend over backwards for to get the issue resolved. Their way. Their timing. And I'm supposed to trust that this time, they're honorable. What a joke! Honorable people do it right the FIRST time without having to be told! None of this is to help me. They assume people can't see the whole picture. And they want to make it as inconvenient as possible while still denying it was the ENTIRE install. TWO LEVELS. Not "areas". EVERYTHING they did with the laminate. Read that again: EVERYTHING! Don't be me. Don't hire this company. A lot of flowery promises over blatant lies. I told her that we would be contacting an attorney, and asked her name again because I needed to note who I spoke with. She said, "You aren't giving my name to any attorney, they will be talking to TheraSpa." Then she yelled "F$&k you!" and hung up. Take your business elsewhere, they prey on elderly people!!!
