I asked for two special requests to be included in her service they did not have the request accurate. Oh, and my thank you notes were for Jeanne Pugh Hudson that I received. Then no one brought the register so we had return to the funeral home to pick it up. The second longest living funeral home offered a discount of $360.00 on a $13K funeral. I was looking for a very competitive price as all I'm interested in is a DIRECT CREMATION. I will tell you, Finch and Finch quoted me the highest price of any of the funeral homes that I called for pricing. I was absolutely shocked at the high price that I was quoted considering that I am very close by and require minimal services. I will not ever consider doing business with a firm like this that, who, in my humble opinion, grossly over charges its customers.
