They had my ring for over a month & I called them & asked when my ring would be ready. Finally at the beginning of July & picked up my ring. I was driving home when the so called emerald that they replaced fell out of my ring. Called the immediately & they said to return the ring. I had the stone that fell out. Went back & the next day they called & said the ring was finished. I picked up the ring & noticed that one of the main emeralds had been removed & 2 very bad stones were replaced. I only needed on stone replace, which was low quality. I knew the original stone was taken out. I went to a very reputable jeweler & they told me that the stones were broken & they were glued in (should not be glued in a channel set ring). Beware if you bring in jewelry to be repaired. They are not REPUTABLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If I could have given them 0 stars I would have. Again beware!!!

A small diamond on my wife's wedding band fell out after 2 years of owning it. Not a huge deal, it's whatever. We have had it for 2 years and it's small. Was willing to get it replaced. So she brought the ring in, and somebody took a look at it and said NOOO problem!!! we will replace the diamond for free, and we will ensure the setting isn't loose (turned out it was). So we got the ring back, and not even ONE WEEK LATER! the same diamond fell out while we were at a wedding overseas. One week. So my wife brought it back in to say wtf, you guys "fixed it" but then the same issue happened. You'd think we wouldn't have to pay for it, since they obviously didn't fix the setting. Turns out they want to charge us $100. Whatever. When my wife went to go back after another week of waiting for it to be fixed, they shut the door on her as they were closing and said sorry, everything's locked up. You're a mom and pop shop, not a chain jeweler. You'd think you'd put the customer first and just stay open another 5 minutes to help somebody else. Worst part of it all: the lady said "oh you should have called when it fell out! we probably would have replaced it for free" as she is swiping the credit card. WHAT?! We are telling you now!!! after THOUSANDS and thousands of dollars spent here, no way I am ever stepping foot in there again. For those reasons, I'm out.

So I have a crystal 3-D printed necklace You know the kind with your loved one's picture engraved in it and the clasp that holds the Crystal onto the string became detached On three different occasions I tried to reattach the clasp myself using various glues from the local hardware store which of course didn't work so I began Careering the crystal in my pocket. While stopping for my morning coffee I noticed ANEMONI JEWELERS And wondered if this was something they could repair for me? Now you have to understand this is about $35 necklace Not some expensive piece of jewelry that someone would normally have worked on so I was completely expecting the jeweler to tell me there's nothing they could do and it's not worth fixing. Upon entering this beautiful jewelry store The associate Immediately greeted me she was very pleasant and friendly she took the necklace over to the jeweler explained to him what wanted done ,He then took the time to come over and talk to me personally about the repair I wanted done to the necklace.When I explained I didn't think it would be worth his time to repair being a $35 trinket his exact words were to me were " IF ITS IMPORTANT TO YOU... THEN ITS IMPORTANT TO US ! ". none of them knew at the time the necklace I asked them to work on was actually a 3-D image of my teenage daughter who was killed in a fatal Car accident And Even though The necklace had no real cash value, it was actually one of my most prized possessions and I wore it every day.ANEMONI JEWELERS Immediately repaired my necklace (for less then the cost of glue from the hardware store) and I'm happy to say it is back around my neck where it belongs and hopefully will stay til the day I die Thank You Thank You Thank You ANEMONI JEWELERS A place where their philosophy in business is " IF IT'S IMPORTANT TO YOU.... He brought in a picture of a 6-prong Tiffany's setting which they made perfectly out of platinum. They also went to NYC to find the exact quality diamond that he requested. The price was probably 1/2 of the national chains (Zales, Jared's, Kay's) when we compared the size & quality--this worked out in my favor as my fiance was able to upgrade another 0.25 carats =) The owners also guided him in creating a matching wedding band which we did not put as much thought into--but it's also BEAUTIFUL. Really happy that we went with a trusted, small retailer and getting a completely customized ring instead of simply picking out something from a display case in the mall.
