I had a prong bend after wearing my ring for only 6 months. I went to the Norristown store for my…read more6-month inspection and to ask to have the prong fixed. They said it was not normal wear and tear and I had to pay for the repair. I also had to pay to have it polished and cleaned. The repair was not a clean repair. You could see with a naked eye where they repaired it. Fast forward 5 weeks later, another prong snaps and there is a weak spot in another. I took it to my hometown jeweler, and he said it was not repaired properly, and it looked like 2 of the prongs had dents in them causing weak points. This ring is not a high quality made ring. I had to spend unnecessary money to have it fixed when it should be covered. I only wear this ring a few hours a day at a desk job. Should not be snapping prongs. The service was not great. The older blonde woman with a foreign accent was rude. I also was trying to find a band to match, and she did not seem to want to help. We will not be doing business there again.
