I spent countless hours completing a website, social media, ads, analytics, and pushing his services on multiple platforms. This was close to 6 months of work trying to help him gain traction and promote his business. It was working, I have messages from check ins where he was pleased with everything. Then the messages stopped. He Is KNOWN now for not communicating after he initially receives payment for work he is supposed to do. I have seen so many complaints about him promising jobs and never following through. He lies about the issues he is facing so customers will understand how hard he has it with his crew. He doesn't know how to manage any aspect of his business and instead of accepting help or hiring someone to help him schedule, he just stops communicating. He WILL LEAVE you unfinished if you pay in advance. For the paid work I had him do, there were promises that there would be yearly check ups, and warranty - it will never happen, not even when I reached out with a problem. He swore he would come by that day and never showed. Jonah is unreliable, unprofessional, and comes across as a complete scam artist because of his lack of follow through and the way he stops communicating when he knows he has messed up.
