Huda has amazing talent. I called her with only a couple of weeks before my event, after reading the glowing reviews, with my ideas. She said she could do it and we discussed the details. When she asked about flavor, I had no idea in my head except for what my wedding cake was; white chocolate mousse raspberry. At that time she suggested whipping the white chocolate and she was excited to make the raspberry coulis. Huda asked me for inspiration pictures and I sent her only one. When I went to pick up the cake, I was honestly surprised Huda was not an old lady, but a rather young lady with a full time job. This is her side hustle/passion and that is astonishing. The slipper on top is actual glass and quite the keepsake for my daughter. I had a party of 35 guests and everyone had a slice and there were no leftovers. It was that good!
