Two words. Bundt Cakes! Who knew. We parked in front of the Nothing Bundt Cakes shop in Gainesville when stopping in next door for lunch on Tuesday. We commented that after lunch we'd have to check it out. We've never been in a Bundt cake shop before and when we walked in we received a Bundt Cake tutorial. All you need to know about Bundt Cakes. It was very sweet of her to detail the shop, prices and how many people each cake can feed, as well as dazzling it up for birthdays and special occasions. We each got a small bundt and hit the road. Blueberry Bliss for me. Confetti for my daughter. Let me say, I've never had such a moist and flavorful cake. I had no idea. The blueberries were delicious and had some in every bite. I absolutely love Nothing Bundt Cakes! Their bundlets taste delicious, freshly made, soft, and not overly sweet! I often go to the one in Fairfax so was excited to find out one was opening closer to home. This location serves the same Delicious-Ness! Went to the soft opening, can't wait for the grand opening. The shop has been newly renovated. Everything is nice, bright, clean, and spacious. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. They were following safe covid practices with masks and limiting the max number of people allowed inside. I have tried most of the flavors and like them all. My favorites would have to be red velvet and carrot. They also have seasonal flavors and this time was the strawberries and cream, which is now a new favorite! Highly recommend getting these bundt cakes, and I will definitely be back for more! read more

I love this store! I've only ever tried the mini Bundt cakes. The staff is always so welcoming and helpful. The flavors we love are: pumpkin spice, lemon, vanilla, carrot, white chocolate raspberry, snickerdoodle, red velvet... we've probably tried all of them by this point! They are moist and the ratio of cake to icing is always perfect. Prices are fair and there's cute baking accessories to shop for at the store. Instead of a birthday cake, I opted for a few mini Bundts here in different flavors and that hit the spot! Hopefully they freeze well. read more

My daughter brought one of the Bundt cakes home that I got to try. It was a funfetti flavored and since I'm not so much into that flavor, I wasn't so excited to try them. But I fell in love after the first bite! This cute cake was soft and flavorful with just the right amount of sweetness. The white chocolate raspberry takes the 'cake' for me - it was packed with flavor, perfectly dense, moist (even though the word itself is awful, it's true) and definitely worth the indulgence. I was first introduced to Nothing Bundt Cakes about a year and half ago. A friend brought one over for us all to have for dessert. We fell in love with the cake! It was beautiful to look at, so moist that it melted in our mouths, and so delicious! I ordered one later that year for Christmas and our family loved it as well! I've had a few different flavors since then and will admit that my favorite is one of their specialty flavors of peppermint chocolate chip. But, I'm biased as I love peppermint as much as I love peanut butter (that was a specialty flavor as well). I was so excited when I learned that a Nothing Bundt Cakes bakery was opening in the Gainesville/Haymarket area so I don't have to venture to Fairfax anymore but then again, it may not be a good thing as I hope not to eat too many of them! This bakery is beautiful on the inside, larger than others that I have been in, the staff is phenomenal, and the owners are the bomb! Already helping with pre-orders before they were even open! I love the retail that they offer, especially for someone like me who loves to give cards....their card selection is awesome and well priced! They are a much needed, welcomed addition to our area and know that many others will love this bakery and the staff as much as I do. I promise, you will NOT be disappointed! Stop in there after lunch and grab a bundlet, some bundtinis, or a Bundt cake.
