We brought my deceased father-in-law's wedding band and asked Mr. Andraos how we could incorporate it into a new wedding band. We wanted a new band because it was representing a different marriage and also because my husband needed a bigger size. Mr. Andraos's idea was to stretch it out and overlay my father-in-law's band, which was yellow gold, onto a new platinum band. He advised us that the dual tone with the platinum band would make the yellow gold band more "modern." My husband is so very happy with it. It's really special that we were able to incorporate his father's ring. My husband ended up with a tungsten ring for his wedding band while I got a chevron band with small diamonds in 14k white gold. Their pricing is GREAT! We got quoted for a different band (with moissanite and 14k white gold) at another jeweler in the same hub this is located at, and it was almost double the cost. Sure the style was different but it was still a pave style band and NOT even lab diamonds! I ended up buying from North & South Jewelry since pricing was way better and I'd actually get lab grown diamonds. Upon receiving our bands, my husband felt something was wrong and contacted Justin via text and he was pretty responsive. He told him he could come by and make a swap if it was another band he preferred - but in the end he actually kept the band he ordered. We really appreciated that they offered this even though we saw it when we got home. Overall pretty happy with both our rings and very happy with the service they provided! She needed to get two of her rings fixed since one of the prongs was bent on one and the other one had a stone that fell out and it needed to be replaced. She also brought in some of my Grandma's old jewelry that my mom wanted to make into a set of ear rings and a new ring. The guy that works here is amazing. He's honest, fast, doesn't over price you and will accommodate you in anyway he can. He also buys old jewelry off you if he feels he can use it somehow in the future. My mom was able to fix both of her rings. And the nice guy that works here is going to make her a new set of ear rings and a new ring from the old jewelry for only $140 total (he did buy her old ring bands and some extra stones too, or the total would have been more). I would highly recommend this place for all your jewelry needs!
