As a first time buyer of diamond rings I had no idea what to expect. I had been looking all over for an engagement ring and didn't feel comfortable at any location I went to. I went to all the big name like Jareds, Kay, Zales and even went to a few hole in the wall places while looking around. Lots of places seemed cheap, promise you the world, you can always meet budget no matter what you want, and just didn't seem authentic. Finally a friend sent me here. We changed the metal, changed the diamond on the ring and then she showed me a few different diamond to place on top. She never pushed for me to buy anything, she just catered to my needs. She worked with me on pricing and I when I left I knew I made the right choice. My now fiancé loves her ring! During this process I went in 3 times; once was me going to look at all the rings, second to pick out a diamond because I wanted her to look around for the diamonds that I wanted, and third when I picked up the ring. We discussed diamonds for the ring (both those we were providing and ones we would purchase. The ring was designed and we came in to view and approve a wax model of the ring.
