My ring was hand made and one of a kind, so I admit that I was a bit nervous dropping it off. After speaking to the very friendly gentleman at the counter, I left the shop without a care in the world. To drop my ring down a size, I was quoted $100 and that it would take three weeks at another local jeweler. Just seven days and $35 later I picked it up at Wholesale Diamond. They even gave it a complimentary cleaning and it shone more than it did the first day I got it! They also told me that I could come in at anytime for a free cleaning. I'll take up that offer for sure, I am rough on my jewelry. They specialize in custom jewelry, so for the fun of it we discussed what other items could be made to compliment my ring. The prices seemed very reasonable and judging by other items I saw in the cases, they could do things that are pretty creative. No, I was not paid to rave about this jeweler. I just was that impressed. My only negative (of no fault of their own) is that it is hard to turn left in or out of the parking lot during rush hour. read more

I have witnessed him take the time to give pointers on how to examine a stone and what to look for. With myself, he has been incredibly responsive by email and in person. I've had mostly good experiences with them until today. I waited 30 minutes for the store to open. The employee saw me waiting and acknowledged me. A woman rushed into the store and went straight to the counter. I stopped at the entrance to explain what help I needed. Instead of helping me after I waited 30 minutes, he proceeded to change her battery. The customer was rude to have jumped in front of me but my real issue is that the employee had zero respect for my time. I won't be going back anytime soon. read more
