They used Tropical Heat, who inspected the property and determined it needed to be tented and termite damaged wood needed to be replaced. This company used INDOOR wood trim moulding for the exterior of the home. Since the owners paid, we complained to the sellers agent, and Tropical Heat then proceeded to replace only one section of the wrong wood with plywood. Now my crawlspace and garage have wood not acceptable for outside use. The company REFUSED to correct the issue. AVOID this company at all costs, they only use the cheapest materials possible.

After sending me a message on the phone that they found a number of dead mice and dead chipmunks last week, on the third billed visit, with no mention of exclusions, the VP of Operations, Lisa, now claims that they have sealed up the outside of the house. I haven't confirmed this because it takes two hours to drive up there. On the next visit, they plan to sanitize. My husband now tells me that Hatch employees who came out for the estimate said there's a monthly Hatch customer in the forest nearby. They said they sanitize using Pine Sol. They didn't bother to inspect the space underneath the cabin. I've now had the very unpleasant experience of researching what it actually takes to exclude mice and chipmunks from a pier and beam cabin. Rodent borne pathogens require industrial enzymatic neutralizers, not scented household cleaners. The urine of mice and chipmunks can be detected by other mice and chipmunks from hundreds of yards away, acting as a beacon for proven habitats such as my cabin. Chipmunks are great diggers and have to be excluded using industrial grade steel hardware trenched underground. If exclusions were done correctly, I won't be a monthly customer for Hatch, which is probably really their goal.

We ultimately chose to part ways for this reason. I auto pay everything. The auto payment was down for six months. I wasn't able to access my online account and I had to call to pay for my bill. When I called to inquire whether this was gonna be resolved, the woman who I spoke to replied with, "I don't know". It was clear that she did not care either because I want to ask her to please take the payment and cancel our service. Her reply was, "OK". No I'm sorry. No let me get back to you with more information. Had there been a little better customer service and a solution for the payment system I'd likely still be a customer.
