Took 3 rings to be sized to the same size, 2 of the rings are sized the same the other is not. Not to mention they didn't even look at the craftsmanship they handed me. Horrible. I would not consider going to any other jewelers. Even though I am not a high dollar spender, I am always treated as an important customer. Some time ago, they were recommended to me by my insurance agent because I needed appraisals. He explained that they are honest and experienced jewelers. I haven't gone anywhere else since. Recently, I inherited some jewelry. I wasn't sure which were real and which were costume jewelry. Dawn was extremely helpful in evaluating all the pieces I brought in. Afterward I decided to purchase a sapphire ring. I had an idea what style I wanted and Dawn was very patient with me as we priced out the different mountings and gems. When I decided to use a mounting that I already had with no stone in it, she suggested a beautiful pear shaped sapphire and Dave did a beautiful job placing the gem I purchased into the mounting I brought in. I highly recommend Wiant Jewelers. I shopped with them when they were in an upper little nook of a room and watched them grow and grow. Dave and Diane Wiant and their staff are extremely courteous, friendly and patient. As someone said, they give it to you straight but with kindness and no airs. I have bought rings, necklaces, bracelets, pendants, earrings and even a wall clock. Never a problem with any item. I was in Wiant a few times to get watches sized. At first it was great only charged me $5 a watch. Then I recently went in and after greeting each other the lady saw the brand of watch I had. She said oh he hate working on those and said it would cost me $10 instead of $5. I was willing to pay extra $5, but my point is this don't knock the products I buy. He has sized these watches for me before, now it's a problem. I'll take my business elsewhere. Customer satisfaction is not high on there list. read more
