Well here we are at the end of May, no communication from him until I sent an email requesting a start time or a refund. The deck had significant peeling and chipping. Joe Costello responded quickly and visited our home to review the project. His assessment was thorough and thoughtful; his extensive experience and input were helpful to us in making our decision.
