They're so big they have to use a mini sub roll, instead of a hotdog bun. You can order your dog as you like, or select from their menu of pre-planned dogs. I forget what it was called, but I ordered from the menu. My dog was topped with onion, relish, and hot mustard. It was super hot and humid on this day and I felt bad for the food truck workers. It must've been like an oven in there. The dog was so awesome I made my way back to the food truck afterwards to tell them so. If you enjoy an occasional hotdog like me, and you happen to see one of the Trolley Dogs food trucks somewhere, you should check it out! I promise, you'll be glad you did. P. S. The cake was scheduled to be delivered at 12:00. I had to take time from my family to call and inquire about the delivery at 1:15. When the cake was cut it had obviously been frozen as the butter had seized and crumbled when cut. This beautifully decorated and tasty cake presented as a complete mess. When the bride and groom cut the cake, chunks of frosting fell away. Ruined our pictures completely. We won't look at those pictures and remember that the cake tasted good, but what a let-down you provided for us. I am incredibly frustrated and will never trust you to make a special occasion dessert for me again.

We can't say enough good things about our experience with Milly Ramsey. She responds quickly to emails, respects customers and those being honored with her cake, and asks all the right questions. A first-rate professional. My mom is a retired university professor, and also a dealer of rare books. Milly created a cake with two extremely realistic books as its base. If you looked at the edges, you could even see the appearance of individual pages! Gold decorated the bindings, which had the appearance of rich leather. We told Milly that mom had hand-made several quilts. Milly requested some photos, and then created a faithful miniature replica of a quilt mom had made for my brother, draping this decorative element artfully over the books. As a final touch, the writing on the cake was presented on a replica of an old-fashioned library book withdrawal sheet! AND everything was not only edible, but mouthwateringly delicious. This was not just an "all show" cake! It looked AND tasted superb, and everyone raved. Some guests even asked me for Milly's contact info... that's how impressive this cake was.
