After a few moments I had the top soil was purchased I was out to have it loaded. One thing I mostly like is everybody has a radio to stay contact with the front office to help customers. The office had already radio the loader. To load my 2 yards of topsoil. The loaders are well-trained and know what they're doing with loading mulch rock and topsoil. Out of the several times that I have had things loaded onto my trailer. There has been a accident. The greenhouse nursery like I said is a one stop shop for all your landscaping supplies for residential and commercial. In addition, years of not maintaining areas created obstacles for removal & clean up. Kennedy & his crew estimated the job & gave us a daily rate to be more "economical." I had bid to three companies and all used daily rate; all were comparable except for the extras (haul off, stump grinding, clean up etc, etc). Kennedy's price was inclusive & was in the middle. He & his crew went above & beyond taking ownership in the finished product. The number of trees & vines removed exposed areas of sand & dirt throughout her property. They manually removed potato roots, then tilled & planted grass seed. Kennedy would stop by to check on grass & has mowed the grass, reseeded, removed trees that have continued to fall or look bad. He has taken special care of my MIL knowing we are 6-hrs away. His time & commitment has been greatly appreciated & I would highly recommend. He keeps his word. The project & clean up were expensive, but they earned every dime. The property is park like & beautiful, now.

They weeded by using a weed-eater not removing or spraying the weeds from around trees and no 'weed and feed' fertilizer. I ask several times but no reply to do work. When I return to my brother's home the grass was so full of cut weeds not grass he blamed me. I will never forgive him for taking over $10k from my veteran brother for a lawn full of weeds. I don't suggest hiring him unless you like weeds or can be there every time they cut and you watch them every single minute while they are cutting or anything. They also say they will do other lawn maintenance in winter when cutting is only 2x per week for no extra cost. Well that did not happened at all and I was charged extra for all small things I ask them to do. One month he did not show up until I told him I'd like to see him and so he mowed the weeds the day before I was to show up, but I was already there and the boys came laughed never cut the back and just zipped around and ruined a couple spots in the lawn weeds.
