I can't eat tomato based sauces, so I get their white sauce and load up the pizza with an array of wonderful toppings (ricotta and artichoke are necessary). We had a 21st birthday party and the pizza was the star of the show. We had age ranges from 2 to 80 and unequivocally everyone was talking about how good he pizza was. We really wanted to do the make your own pizza but Bryan said for larger parties (we had around 55 guests) the 14" pre selected pizzas work better. At the end of the day he wasn't just making whatever we ordered plenty of people placed orders with custom toppings (or no topping cheese for the kids), and even glutton free (we provided the crust for that). He showed up on time, had everything ready to go exactly at the time we agreed to. At the end of the day he cleaned everything up, packaged up the leftover pizza and left everything so clean you couldn't even tell we had the most amazing wood fired pizza. Pizza was absolutely delicious, and Brian was so awesome!!! He was double booked for that day so he called days before to let us know that he might be running a bit late, which I really appreciated. Pricing was super affordable and your party doesn't eat everything, he cooks and leaves it for you in to-go boxes. We support our local businesses so we decided to give Wicked Pizza Pies a try. This is our experience: The man working the oven was very unfriendly towards my wife (Americans of Asian decent). She was next at the counter but the man completely ignored her and started talking to the customer behind her and was very friendly towards him. When my wife made a comment he reluctantly acknowledged her. His tone, his stone face and curt answers were enough to let us know we weren't welcome. We travel all over the world and we have never come across this kind of flagrant discrimination. We placed an order to take out pizzas. I should have checked them in the shop for accuracy, my fault for not doing that. When I opened the box expecting to see pepperoni there was none. I checked my receipt and found it listed pepperoncini. I may have accidentally ordered that instead of pepperoni. So my advice is if you order take out check your pizzas in shop. The pizzas taste was okay but for a wood fire pizza the crust was pale and a bit soft. Maybe they excel at catering events where the pizzas are made on site but for an every day take out pizza spot I thought it was average. I attended a baby shower Saturday with my wife and was happy to attend considering I heard they had a pizza guy. The pizza was not what I expected. I had one slice and threw the other slices away. It seemed to me that the two guys cooking had no clue how hot the oven should or shouldn't be. Several other guest at our table threw the pizza away after realizing how raw it was.
