I absolutely love Starbucks Dog Groomer! They take amazing care of my Yorkies, Yuma and Versace,…read moreand I wouldn't trust anyone else with them. From the moment we arrive, I can tell my babies are treated with patience, love, and genuine care. Their grooming is always top-tier--clean cuts, soft coats, and my pups come back smelling amazing and looking so handsome. What I appreciate most is how gentle and attentive they are, especially knowing how sensitive Yorkies can be. Yuma and Versace are always calm and happy after their appointments, which says everything. If you're looking for a groomer who treats your pets like family and takes pride in their work, Starbucks Dog Groomer is the one. Highly recommend!

DANGEROUS !!! DO NOT COME HERE!!! SLOPPY IRRESPONSIBLE WORK!!…read more DO NOT BRING YOUR DOG HERE. My dog came home with cuts on his face, body, and rear end after a routine grooming appointment. Not a single injury was disclosed to us when we picked him up. The only reason we found out about one of the cuts was because we noticed a powder substance on his rear and were later told it was used to stop the bleeding. Once we got home, we discovered additional cuts that had never been mentioned. We regularly have our dog shaved down and have never had a groomer injure him like this. The haircut itself was also extremely poor. His ears were uneven, the grooming was sloppy, and he looked nothing like he normally does after being professionally groomed. What is most upsetting is that instead of taking responsibility, apologizing, and showing concern for my dog's injuries, the owner denied there was a problem. When my family went back to discuss the situation and request a refund, we were met with excuses rather than accountability. Accidents can happen. Injuring a dog multiple times and failing to tell the owner is unacceptable. Based on my experience, I would never trust this business with my pet again. There is a new groomer in the same plaza. "The hair of the dog". I highly recommend you take your pet there instead. Kind, friendly, HONEST, and professional he actually knows what he is doing. My mother in law took her fur-baby and she came out beautiful and not injured.

I wrote this review only after I tried a different place for my dog's grooming work…read more I have a terrier which requires hand stripping - which is a unique grooming style for dogs have double-layered hair. I had this puppy for only several months old, and booked this place for grooming. The appointment was confirmed, and due to the staff /business owner who can do the work was on maternity leave, I had to waited for 2 months - which was ok, we could wait. But when the appointment was approaching, I was contacted for delaying the appointment for another month due to the staff needed more time for the leave. I was ok with that, and so another month to wait. One week before the appointment time, I was contacted again as the staff can't do the job on the agreed day, it had to be rescheduled again. I was patient enough for almost three month wait. But I felt not very respectful for the 3rd time change of my appointment time! I had to reschedule my time off to make it work. When I express my concerns of the time change, the message I got literally was " We don't need new customers honestly." Really?! I felt really bad but the short time change notice put me into a position that I didn't want to waste more time researching another place ( maybe I should). So I went and the hand stripping charges by hourly rate, usually takes 1-3 hours for the session. I had a small-medium size dog, it was our first time doing that, I had no expectations. But I didn't expect that they did took 3 full hours to do the job, so I was charged for 3 hours, plus the bath... I got a final bill of over $300!! And I felt the style was a bit off- I sent a photo to our breeder, she thought the same... So I tried a different place for my second time, just to compare with my 1st experience at Soggy Paws Pet Grooming. The final bill I got from a different place was only $165 - (and my dog is growing bigger, probably with much more hair to be stripped, and my dog looked great!!) So I think the business owner of Soggy is right: They don't need new customers! And I have found a better place to go after all. That is my experience with this place. Hope it is helpful.

They are great! We have a very hairy husky. She comes back so clean and a few layers thinner. lolread more
